Yo veo mucha mano de Leonel.. como dije al principio de mi anterior post, Bolillo tuvo mucha suerte con las lesiones... Le toco poner un equipo mas dinamico..

Nope, sorry quite the opposite. Falcao's PK was a good example of a well-executed paradinha.

I am not trying to say bad things just to say them but feel people are getting to amped over nothing.

I am happy that we are now at least attempting to cross the ball into Falcao more efficiently and they are connecting just the timing is a little off. The way Falcao dives in for headers is scary, guy really has no fear of getting hurt when he does.

We need to be much much less selfish. It is kind of weird pre-copa america we seemed just to giving our players wanted to just keep passing it all day and walk in with the ball. Now it seems everyone for themselves and all 3 strikers rather go for the hard goal than easy assist. This need to be worked on. Even Falcao did this when he wanted to get his hattrick.

Rodallega I am a fan of but when we basically went to a 4-4-2 why didn't Bolillo put in Jackson or Teo?

Are Jackson, Anchico, Valencia the only guys who haven't gotten playing time in yet?

I remember before the last WC there was talk about banning the paradinha for being unsportsmanlike and GK don't stand a chance against a guy who knows how to do it. I guess nothing came of it.

They should ban it. I mean how much easier do you need to make a PK? Only pks that get stopped are badly taken ones. Didn't they change that the goalie can't move before the kick is taken either?

desde que se haga la paradinha en mitad del trote del pateador no hay problema y se este lejos del balon. como la de falcao

    Legal:

So would you whine about it if someone from junior or inter took the pk the same way? pk's are a mind game too, dont forget that.

Is no one else here impressed that Falcao has recieved praise by arguably one of the best strikers to ever play the game such as Ronaldo post match?

He is a glory hunter, I remember when he said that he now is a Huila and Equidad fan because they were good, 6 months later he was happy because Junior won the league.

I didn't watch that game. Either way, it's completely irrelevant to this past game. Unless I missed the change in topic.

Again, I fail to see what the hell the game in La Paz has to do with this past game...? Especially when it was played in La Paz, thus making the conditions completely different.

And I'm scratching my head as to what maturity has to do with memory loss? Like really?

You're trying too hard, man. The change in tone from post to post is quite obvious.

Do you really have that much respect for Argentina and their backline of Milito and Burdisso?

Beating Bolivia doesn't satisfy my appetite and cause me to wet my pants. Things have to be kept in perspective. We beat Bolivia 2-0 last qualifiers (or was it 1-0?) in Colombia, and we still had an inconsistent, mediocre side throughout the qualifiers....

I just don't take such a pretentious and elitist stance towards watching soccer. Yes, I grew up playing, watching, and breathing soccer. I don't feel like I need to reveal that to some moron on an internet forum to validate my point. I'm sorry you do. It's the internet, brother. I could claim whatever the hell I would want to in order to claim I have a ''footballing brain''......

Yes, it was gifted. The two Bolivian *defenders gave the ball to Armero and he had 20 yards to run free.

The incompetence of the defenders resulted in the goal; not any collective brilliance by Colombia.

You clearly missed the point of my criticism. I insulted your spelling abilities because you're the one that started hurling insults. When you, using sarcasm, insult someone by calling them a ''genius'', a word that denominates intelligence, or in this case, lack thereof, and then proceed to misspell it, then it's highly hypocritical and ironic.

And see, you probably looked throughout my post to find one word that I misspell in order to burn my ass and be witty. I just stumbled upon this highly hypocritical and ironic situation.

You make these ridiculous claims that have no basis. I'm not going to continue to give them intellectual merit by acknowledging them.

You're retarded, real retarded. But really, what's the point of B? You're just going off on a tangent now.

Again, you need to improve your reading comprehension skills. I never disputed the validity of the PK. I disputed the merit of it. In order to get in that situation, the Bolivian defense, a horrible one, basically passed it to Armero and let him run free. A competent defense would not do that.

And yes, I'm an R8 ref, but that's completely irrelevant to my claims, once more.

Hmmmm really... I suggest you strongly reconsider that statement.

Haha the only thing I said in my post was "let's keep things in perspective" and then you proceeded to go off on a tangent and started hurling insults (not good ones, either.) The only part of my statement where I will say I misspoke is that the first goal was gifted.

I'm not venting or complaining. I'm just saying -- let's keep things in perspective. We have yet to play a solid footballing side in the tournament. It's good to build on, but I'm not ready to get excited about this team in the qualifiers until we face some solid sides in competitive matches.

And I'm actually still in high school. I don't consider myself an adult by any means. I just have average comprehension skills and like objective analysis. Sometimes I do fall to my biases and emotions, but I try to limit that. When I do that, I'll post in spanish, and that's when I should be taken less seriously...

I didn't give much importance to my moniker when I created it. I don't think it really matters or is of much relevance to any discussions.

For someone that insults others for not having a big, hyped up, active ''footballing brain'', that is quite the dumb statement.

Dating back to the last qualifiers, when they struggled to even make it to the World Cup, they've been a poor side. Incredibly mediocre. They can have all the big names they want, but it doesn't guarantee a quality side. The whole is different from the sum of its parts. C'mon, you should know that. Have you ever played soccer in your life? Do you have bad short term memory?

Please tell me how there's a discrepancy in my logic.

Actually, we take turns tying and handcuffing each other.....

    *You're

I'm only complaining about that one because you repeatedly do it. When you repeatedly commit such a grammatical atrocity, it shows you have a limited knowledge of the english language. That doesn't really matter to me, though, but you keep acting like you're Webster for scavenging through my post and finding a word I misspelled...

Mine was a typo, as I'm sure was your misspelling of the word genius. That wasn't my point, though.
