Yeah, it is. But we've seen much better team play from other German U17 teams in the last years. Mario Götze already made his team mates look better at that age; it's tactically down to "well, pass the ball sometimes, and the other guys can also try to look like a super-hero" at this team.
I watched them for the first time when they played against New Zealand, and I have too say I enjoy there style much more than the men's national team. They definitely have a heavy Latin influence on there game, and look to be a solid team. I understand that at this stage it is a "crap shoot," but what has me most excited is not the players, but the style of soccer that they're playing.
Galavasion should carry the game live (or on a ~ 8-min time delay) at 4 PM. That's what Telefutura's broadcasts said.
Just an FYI [R] about another knock-out game (highlight to reveal): Uzbekistan might be the real deal, they just demolished Australia 4-0 in their round of 16 match.
Well folks, this is it. Good luck to the boys. Whatever happens, just hope they give their best and if they lose it isn't wilmer's fault. Clear eyes, full hearts...

I hope this game turns out just like "Inglorious Basterds". Like the part where Pitt says "We're in the Nazzzi killing business and boys, business is a boomin'". That's my pep talk. Just go in there like a bunch of Uncle Sam guerillas on a seek and destroy mission deep in enemy territory, kick ass and take down names.
I concur. Stupid remark. Eek, I'm scared. The US team always falls to the Germans. History is very bad!
Here's a (very) lengthy preview of today's match. That's a big hit to the U.S. losing Pelosi for the game, but I really like Koroma in the starting lineup.
I hope this game turns out just like "Victory". Like the part where Pele shows up and plays on our side, and even though I don't remember very much, I'm pretty sure that we win and then the war ends, and then after decades of division Germany is finally reunited into a progressive democracy. That'd be so cool. And all that shit happened before these kids were even born.
I'm definitely excited for this match, but also not feeling too great about our chances. Thank God for the inconsistency of the U-17 level, let's hope to see some today from the Germans.
