Just about every USA game I've been to with any supporters group is always assigned seating. No one cares. You can go in ahead of time and sit front row if you'd like. No one's gonna be prissy about it.

This is the rose bowl. YES YOU CAN HAVE 2X THE PEOPLE IN THE SECTION.
The section is in the part of the stadium where there are no backs on "seats". Seats are just long wooden(maybe alluminum? can't remember) bleacher style. They are REALLY wide. It's easy to have people standing on the bleachers, and others standing on the actual standing place. The bleachers are low so you don't block anyone's view.

Well, I hope you aren't disappointed come game day. There will be extra people in there anyways. There always is. Specially for big games like this.

I don't mind some, but I've been to games where so many people came in the wrong section, it was just too packed. If this game is like anything I've been to, there will probably be more security around supporters due to the anticipation of a US / Mexico final.

In big games like this where fans are rabid and crazed, security will be hard pressed to do anything, though. They will most likely just try to contain the section within itself and not want to interfere with it out of fear that the section might retaliate on them. Very few part time security folks take their job that seriously.

This is personally why I no longer sit in the supporters sections. Don't get me wrong, I'm the first guy who likes to stand and sing and chant and get belligerent at the refs, and do all the fun things that occur in the section. But, I want to stand in front of the seat I purchased, not crammed in 20 rows behind it with some fat, sweaty dude who is there more for the drinking and atmosphere than the game itself. I actually like to *watch* the game too and, let's be honest, the supporters section seats are crappy to begin with (in most cases, behind the goal) and you can't see much of what's going on at the other end of the field. It's not worth the hassle any longer to me...if I want to walk in to my seats right before the game starts, i don't have to worry that I'm going to get crammed into the back of the section with a shitty view. Perhaps this is the result of getting a little older, but I'd rather just sit in the *rich guy* seats at this point in my life.

I feel the same way for club (Revs) games. I ended up finally getting midfield, 11 rows back, seats as my season tickets this year.

Things are different for the national team and this game specifically. You're going to want to be crammed into the only little dot of red in the stadium. The rest of the Rose Bowl is going to be like Azteca North.

Except a large number of Mexican fans invading the supporters section with tickets and demanding to sit in their seats.

I'm going to the game and I'm sitting in the AO section. Can't decide if I want Mexico or Honduras to win this match. Honduras we have a much better chance to win, but I want to see us beat Mexico!!!

    I have three tickets - section 5-H, row 22, seats 101 through 103

95 each. These seats are awesome, just not in the supporters section, where I'm sitting. I don't need you to pay for the ticketmaster fees as long as you're a USMNT fan.

let me know - email: christophercamille at g mail dot com or pm me here.

I'll be at the game so no shipping or what have you.

like I said, I have three non supporters sections tickets that are really nice seats.

I know it's not for everyone but great seats nonetheless.

If you are planning on bringing banners to this game please email me ASAP so I can get you in on the list.

If you need a hotel room email Hexsel as he has setup a block and rental details.

Tickets are sold out. AO does not have any tickets available for this game.

Details on the night before party and tailgate plans should be available soon.

I don't know if it really matters to write this, because I don't think anybody who reads this is the problem, but PLEASE DON"T SELL YOUR STAND TICKETS TO MEXICAN SUPPORTERS. It's really annoying when Mexican/Jamaican fans end up in the middle of our sections in DC and Houston.

Does anyone have any e-tickets for the final? If not, i'll take hard tickets, just that e-tickets makes transfer easier. i'm looking for a few if anyone has any extra. Others here can vouch for me. I run the AO Des Moines chapter :) PM me!

This will be my first trip the to the Rose Bowl. Anyone have any idea what time I should be there for a a 6:00 pm start? I heard parking is a nightmare. I was planning on getting there around 2:00 pm. Do I need to arrive earlier?
