70 And Sanderson gets a breakaway at the other end of the field for an easy put away. 4-0.

Decent chance for MagicJack as hard cross comes in from right, but no striker can get her head on it.

Del Rio in for Adams. Big hand for Danesha as she comes to the bench.

Adams doesn't play very much, but she's made the most of it.

Edit: And now the floodgates have opened. Philly is really pouring it on.

I think she's earned a better look tonight.

Hard Philly shot off from right side somehow bounced off left post and went back to the right without going in, then cleared for a CK. Goal scored off CK, didn't see who scored. 5-0.

So what's the most lopsided match in WPS history? I know there was at least one 6-0 WUSA match.

Announcement: goal scored by Boquete, assist by Farrelly.

And let's not hear any more about MagicJack catching the Flash in the standings.

I think the 6-1 Gold Pride over Atlanta in 2010 is the largest margin. I don't think there has been another with over four goals scored by any team.

Yeah Boquete. Two of my three fantasy forwards (Kai and Boquete) have scored. I need one from Masar.

84:30 Big save from Maron keeps it from being 6-0. Another Cheesesteak behind the defense but at a tough angle.

Has magicJack been playing three in back the whole game? It almost sounds like they're playing none in back in the second half.

86:00 Maron gets red card for taking down Philly player on the attack. Nikki Washington is now your MagicJack goalkeeper.

87:45 Magnusdottir scores over Nikki, 6-0.

Now officially the ugliest game in WPS history.

89:30 Nikki Marshall has a chance from 10 yards out but sends it high.

Game over. No stoppage time. A mercy.

If I was Maron, I'd want to get out of there early, too.

And the two meet again next Saturday. Same bat time (well almost-2 hours earlier I guess), same bat station.

Wonder what magicDan will do after this?

Great highlights and updates from StarCityFan! Thanks!

It's now completely obvious that without their nats MagicJack isn't jack ****. It will interesting to see which direction the team will go in now that appears the sky has fallen. I feel a mutiny coming on if things aren't fixed before the nats come back.

At first I thought I was seeing things, but wow! Messed up my spread but I'm happy Tasha got a goal and perhaps Dan got a lesson in humility.

Well, I've been to the Soccerplex and seen results like this when the W-League Freedom - with players like Lindsey, Sauerbrunn, Huffman, Krieger, and Welsh - completely overmatched the opposition on a player-by-player basis. This didn't feel like that so much as an organizational and coaching failure by MagicJack, particularly on the back line. Huffman tried to fill in when she could, but asking her both to direct the attack and support the rear guard was too much.

Not that better coaching could have completely turned the game around, but at least it could have been halfway competitive. It will be interesting to see what happens leading into next weekend's rematch.

these players are good when surrounded by the wnt players...otherwise equal with other players.

When I read the scoreline on the WPS site just now, I thought it was the result of a matchtracker glitch. Guess not!

When the national team players were there, they could hold it together, but now all of the problems have been exposed. They really do have some great players, it's just so poorly managed. I actually feel bad for the players; they deserve a real coach - who was this idiot? And clearly Dan did not think/plan ahead to the World Cup.

actually, i'm not having any day. no comment on Press, given the monkeys will start the BS about me looking for her when i have no clue who she is other than gimmicks on a message board. i do love me some pot belly magicDan

anyway, MJ is done for this season. the game was over when philly scored first. look at the line ups. philly has top level keeper in net, kai (ex NTer), Far (poss NTer), DiMartino (should be NTer), Mag (should be in the WC), Riley (should be NT coach)

MagicJack got a Jacka$$ calling the shots.

He can't coach. The NTers will return to a 5-4 team.

They need a coach too. Since it wont be Rampone, I predict ugly days for MJ even when they get back.

Boy, is he really messing up a good thing!

If she is denying a goaslcoring opportunity definitely a red card.
