Where are people getting this from? I mean, just to provide one example to refute this, there were 33,652 at the US-El Salvador group match in 2003 in Foxboro. Which is higher than the two "records" set this year. I guess they set records for attendance in Gold Cups since they went to the current format beginning in 2005. But to phrase that otherwise is misleading.
Welp. I'm flying in from a wedding in Dayton, OH and will be flat out rushing from the airport. My flight lands at 11:30 am. If the US could've topped the group I would've had a solid 5 hours to tailgate. Instead I'm left with 90 minutes.
"You mean how they set two records for attendance for US group matches? " Seems like an argument for another thread but you can't have looked at Ford Field and Raymond James and thought, that looks like a great crowd. So many empty seats. USA Supporters sounded great as always but the aesthetic was lacking. Last night, complete opposite. Fantastic turnout. But on to Sunday! Know the AO tailgate had been planned with the USA playing the second game in mind, any plans on this changing or are times still the same?
Sorry if this has already been mentioned. Since the match is at 3pm - what time will the lots open and what time will the tailgate start? Thanks
PASS ORDER DEADLINE: 5 pm ET on Thursday SEs having a final meeting tonight so if tgate timing changes we'll post on the interwebs. K
wouldn't that be El Salvador in DC? We still have some tickets left in our section, or at least did this morning.
Can you or someone tweet a link to our account (@AO_DC) with the DU ticket info? I will pass the info to the masses.
There is facebook event page which i just realized is not public anymore like they used to be... ********in facebook. There's also BS thread with info (https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1740539) $50, tickets@districtultras.com, prepaid only cos we can't front money to sell at tailgate, till Thursday night. I'll point your post to our twitter girl cos I barely know how to log on that thing
Does anyone check the tickets@districtultras account throughout the day? i would like to buy a couple and I know theyre selling fast.
I'm thinking of ideas for a special Jamaican welcome banner. Something like: "Jamaican Football Association Best friend $40K can buy. Thanks. - Your friends in Qatar." Or something like that... Ideas?
Thanks y'all! I will RT it now and get the word out. I imagine your section will be full by dinnertime.

Nothing left but end-line mezzanine seats as of a few minutes ago. The rest of the stadium is sold out. DCU FO reported via twitter that they sold 15,000 tickets yesterday alone. Expect an upper deck of almost solid blue and white, and a lower bowl of mostly red. Should be a festive atmosphere, to say the least.
