I was never even within shouting distance of "it," and I never will be. And neither will the Japan forum no matter how finely we mince it. A small handful of us is all it is serving, plus the occasional troll. It's like spreading the peas around the plate when you were a kid; it didn't fool anybody then and it doesn't fool anybody now.
NSR area for important discussions such as Mao Asada's uncanny similarity to Tulio. Serious they're freaken identical
Even though I'm not a frequenter of the Japan forums, I would love to see a Japanese NSR related forum. The Saudi forums are not as active so I browse the China, Iran and Korea NSR sections to pass the time.
I'll give it one more try next week. Can you guys write here again how would you like the forum to be organized...? Ideas, opinions...
That's my opinion: Sub-forums: - Japanese abroad One thread for each player abroad (seems the best way to organize) - Japan NSR - Japan National Team/Others Anything related to the NT, Women National Team, U-22, etc... - Japanese club football ====================== Main forum
Japanese abroad with separate threads is a must. Main forum should serve for Japanese NT and stuff. And do we really need an NSR forum? For my two years here I remember about a dozen NSR threads with 5-6 replies.
Music thread's a few pages IIRC. The wives/girlfriends thread too. Maybe there'd be more posts to NSR threads if we had a subforum where they could be free to grow. Iran, China, Korea, and Australia all have NSR forums. Why can't we?
If my humble opinion counts: -Japanese Players Abroad forum -NSR forum And everything else should still be in the main forum. If these two new subforums do well then we can consider additional forums such Japanese club football...etc
BTW, we used to go to 50 pages before closing a thread, and reopening as part II, part III, etc. Do we want that back? Or since we write more nowadays, should we go to 100 pages? In general, this is the time to pour out your opinions...!
I think either 50 or 100 would be fine... maybe 50 to make it simpler? And do it 2ch style - the first post should have a link to previous threads, and the last post should have a link to the next thread.
