I hope they have a defribillator (sp?) on hand, because you are asking for some serious sensory overload......:)

I would think so, but I am not sure. Locker room is about half complete and Members club was starting to hang tv's. I will try to post Facebook pictures somewhere you can see them.

If I may insert an opinion ... with the exception of maybe Sean and probably now Sam, I don't think anybody has been in there more often than I have been.

It is mind blowing. Almost a bit to much mind blowing. I seem to spend a bit of time each time I am in there grinning like a ********ing drunk monkey and its hard to take it.

While breaking the place in on game day seems perfect, I can't think of any better way now than going in there on a quiet day when I can amble around the concourses without 18,500 other people in my way, without queues and people trying to find their seats in an unfamiliar venue. Without the beer goggles.

I intend on saying good bye to the peaceful new stadium I have grown to love by getting my ticket, showing my wife the new joint, and maybe grabbing a seat and having a snack and a soda if such things are permitted and literally soaking it in one last time before the wrapper comes off.

Its the last chance I will have to dream about how it will look and sound full, verses finding out.

This is exactly why I want to go. I want to see it without the distraction of the crowd and the noise. I want to see it while it is literally brand new. I want to walk around and notice the small things that I probably wont be able to see on opening day.

It is like experiencing the new car during a test drive vs having it and letting your kids with their greasy fingers and small toys making it a mess and taking the new out of it.

I am torn. Either way I am gonna have a screaming 9 month old with me who wants to run on the pitch. There is no peace or tranquility for me anywhere, any time :)

I plan on taking my iPod to the stadium with me and queuing up Lonely Island's "Jizz in My Pants". :D

Davey B was saying the other day that he hasn't been to the restaurant yet. How about he and I deliver it next week?

Got my tickets. Not really happy with the parking lot assignment I was given though. Where are all the Caudronites parking--Lot C near Cabella's or Lot D on the east side of NFM? I was actually hoping for one of the new lots across State Avenue. :( Also, not really sure why they spent all the extra dough to give us our tickets in a designer box.

Still a lot of construction going on. I was a bit surprised at the cheap feel of the seats on the east side. If one person in the row moves, everybody else is going to feel it. Too bad the seats aren't directly bolted to concrete like they are at Arrowhead. I also saw two seats in the top row of the SE corner that if occupied will be practically sitting in each other's laps....they actually fold one on top of the other when down. I feel bad for whoever got those seats.

Overall, I'm sure the place will have a much nicer feel at the opening. Right now, still feels like a construction site. Maybe I was expecting so much from the pictures, but it just didn't excite me a whole lot today for some reason (losing hangover, maybe??).

My parking pass is in lot F, in the new lots, right across from the stadium.

    Where are your seats?

Members' Stand season ticket parking is in Lot F, which is on the south/west side of State Avenue. East Stand season tickets are in Lot D (Lot C is Shield Club parking)

I am on the east side, midfield. I got lot C parking passes. What is the Shield Club? All these different club names are getting confusing.....

Hmm, you should have Lot D passes with East Stand midfield seats. No worries though.

Shield Club is the premium section that has been called the stadium club during construction.

Pretty sure my parents had C too and they're in the East Stand midfield.

When I asked where F was I was told it wasn't finalized yet...

On the back of the parking passes there's a map that shows where all the lots are.

Also, I noticed in our tickets that the LA game has a new date in August on a Thursday. I had not heard about that yet. Maybe I missed it.

F is part of the new lot and is the part closest to the stadium.

East Stand people are in Lot D which is across from the NFM loading bays.

Thursday, August 11th at 7:30 it appears.

Did anyone notice the single yellow seat in the owners box? We were told it was reserved for Lance himself?

Originally I thought the Cauldron would be using the lot near Cabella's, but I am guessing they didn't want the alcohol and tailgating in their lot. My mom usually drives (my driving usually scares her) and she didn't want to park in the same lot as the hooligan tailgaters :p, so lot C will work. Lots F and G make more sense for tailgating. I'll be getting my exercise climbing that large set of stairs on the northeast corner.

There may be a ton of "little stuff" left to do, but being in LSP today really made my weekend. I am now even more excited for June 9th!

Anyone else get a chuckle out of the restroom signs? Very nice!

Yeah, kid running around and more interested in getting in the stadium, looking at the back of my parking pass wasn't a priority.

    Nope, it hadn't been announced.

We also had Lot C passes with East Stand midfield seats, our friends sit in the same section and had Lot C passes as well. Hope that means there will be enough parking spaces.

My seats are in the very bottom row of the I in Sporting spelled in the seats. I have been trying to estimate all week if I would be in there or not and I was right that I would be right on the edge of it.

Also, we have electronic side boards for those wondering. Also, the video screen is incredible. I could see what was on it all the way to Cabela's easily.
