Mandy Clemens on The Bachelor!

    Mandy blew The Bachelor, Jesse Palmer [NY Giants quarterback], away on the first show. She got a rose and is one of the 15 women left :)
    Watch Wednesdays on ABC at 8pm.

    And she was super-cute!!!

    Mentioned that she played for the WUSA "Do you know what that is?" she asked him. When he said yes she asked him if he ever went to see the Power play. Nice work Mandy!

    Of course, she did well. Was there any doubt?! That's just Mandy being Mandy. All those other tarts are so phony is hilarious. She's the real deal, people. Honest, hard working, and with her head on straight. If she wins, nice. But if she doesn't, it's still all good. In the end, it's just another life experience and she'll still be the same Mandy that I know.

    But she does deserve better than some soon-to-be-unemployed backup QB though. You go, Bronco Girl!! We miss ya in Philly. Don't forget to invite me to the wedding!!

    And I doubt that he even knew that NY had a WUSA franchise, since he plays that other sport that they mistakenly call "football". ;-)

    Well, that would probably be why a WNBA player thought she used to play for the Power.

    I never watch "reality" tv shows, but given Palmer's old ties to a certain NW figure and hearing Mandy would be on it, I was amused enough to change the channel during a commercial break of the show I was watching to catch two minutes of "The Bachelor". I saw him give her a rose, laughed at myself for watching, and went back to "Law & Order".

    I'm so glad that Mandy didn't get a rose so I don't have to watch that amazingly stupid show anymore. My brain still hurts!!! Could that guy be any more shallow?! Although the women didn't exactly intellectually challenge him. She deserves way better than that and I know that eventually she'll find it. Let's hope the next time we see Mandy it will be in a CyberRay uni at the 2005 WUSA opening match!!! Or better yet, in a Charge uni!!! Please come back Mandy!
