Could have been the first MLS win in Mexico. Monterrey sucked major balls this game. Here's to them adding more suckage to their resume next week.

You have no idea what you're talking about. A tie there, especially at 2-2 is a great result. So much for your "vast superiority". I expected as much from you than to admit that you were, you know, WRONG about that. RSL dominated the first half and had more chances on goal.

    Corners were 8 to 7
Shots on goal were 6 to 7

Yeah, RSL was SO awful. God you are stupid.

Anyways, playing as they're doing right now, it seems Monterrey just would do a Pachuca in the CWC.

In an aggregate goal series a tie on the road with 2 away goals is a pretty bitchin' result.

Monterrey sucked, RSL even more though. They should have went for the jugular instead of playing with only two on top the entire second half.

Including their coach, who looked like he was shitting his pants from Morales' goal to the final whistle.

Possession does not equal winning football, nice job looking for excuses. How about clear cut chances on goal...I'll admit they were about even, will you? NOPE. Stubborn Mexican fans, this is why you'll be passed up soon by guys with lower salaries, it is an issue of mentality, but you'll never realize it.

80% of Monterrey could care less about this result, look at how full the stadium was.

You're right, they're probably busy looking forward to their next college football game.

you guys crack me up. coming out in bunches and rsl didn't even win. barely completed a pass the second half. even chances? de nigris had more chances himself than the entire rsl team in the twenty minutes he played.

Your first comment doesn't even make any sense, and it makes you look like a 5 year old. As for the other part, I hope you find solace in that when your "superior" Mexican club gets beaten over 2 legs by some lowly MLS club. Your line of thinking is truly pathetic, and you obviously don't understand how this game really works.

Did Osvaldo Martinez even touch the ball?

If Vuce were to sub Aldo, Carreño was the man to get it IMO.

38 years old Arellano did more in his limited time than Santabla.

They need a moral booster, too many games without a win.

Most likely, college football is dope yo.
Was it, it seemed empty to me. Maybe a few fans were conned into thinking they were playing Real Madrid or something. Either way, there is still 90+ of football to be played.
