Speaking of wearing footie shirts when not playing or at a match, I wear them at least 3 times a week to work. My boss, a barca fan, bet me that 2 of the 4 clasicos were going to be draws. (PKs = draw) If that's the case, I have to surrender all 9 of my Real Madrid jerseys for 2 months. What am I going to wear?? That'll leave me with 2 Fulham jerseys a US, France and England jersey. :(

I wear from time to time over here since it's a football jersey and most don't recognize it here and the ones that do always start up a convo or give you that look. I think it looks ok but just depends really on what else is worn (not to mention I make anything I wear look good ;P) but mainly I wear them to work since I have to wake up at 5 ********ing AM to work and could care less what I look like at my crap job anyway.

The only time I have worn a football shirt when not playing sports is when I went to the Bernabeu to watch Madrid play.

I personally don't wear football jersey's as a casual attire. Nothing wrong with it, but I just don't.

It also makes a difference which jersey you're wearing if you're going casual mode. Say you're wearing Madrid's home Jersey. It's white and looks pretty good, it's not "offensive."

On the other hand I see a crap load of people wearing the farca jersey and that things looks downright ugly.

I don't see how buying fake shirts supports the club... unless I'm missing something?

Why pay the middle man when I can get it from the source? Simple economics. ;)

In terms of benefiting you, yea. That doesn't help the club in any way though.

I like both the home and away kits for next year. The GK one looks pretty awful, although I didn't think the one's from this year were anything to wink at either.

If this is really the kit, it looks like something a chav would wear.
