UniCredit wants them to demonstrate their ability to invest be moving at least 50 million euros into a partner bank in America. I find this alarming because I've been hearing of this missing guarantee for some time now, it was being mentioned before Di Benedetto came to Roma, while he was in Roma, and even now as we are hopefully entering the final stretch. These guys best have the money and not be some deadbeats. The article then mentions all the stuff we already know, they are buying the 67% belonging to Sensi/UniCredit (or better yet UniCredit) along with the logo, the leasing contract on Trigoria (grazie Rose), along with the public offering for public shares. The article closes off by saying UniCredit is confident because James Pallotta, the partner UniCredit believes to be strongest financially and in credentials personally called Fiorentino (UniCredit head) and reassured him.
