That is Juan Manuel Iturbe, 17 years old. Recently scored two nice goals for Cerro Porteño against Colo Colo from Chile. Youtube has a good collection of goals from Iturbe already. And yes, Paraguay lost its own 'Messi', which could have been a good replacement of Salvador Cabañas, whom Paraguay lost in an "Antro" in Mexico.
