Is there a way to get 98.5 live on an iPhone? It seems that the listen live option requires Flash and I can't find an app to stream the station. Perhaps there is a techie solution that one of you will come up with.

I'm also considering springing the $20 for Match Day Live steaming on the iPhone. As I understand it, if I'm not in the area then the "know your location" on the app will not come up with the local blackout. Still, it would be helpful to at least have the audio stream available on my phone.

    Thanks

Try the "aol radio" app, then in the main menu choose "sports."

    that won't work.

I'm not sure what to do either. I'd love to follow along while tailgating in New York.

I can't upgrade my iphone to 4.2 or whatever they're up to now so I can't get the new app.

I listened to last week's Revs match via Internet feed, I just couldn't figure out how to get it on my phone.

    Gotcha.

Well that's handy. I will definitely play it at the USA tailgate.

    Can't wait.

There is an iPhone app called TuneIn Radio. I'm using it right now to listed to 98.5.

98.5 is partnered with Radio.com There are apps for all mobile devices.

It should work on the aol radio app though.

The red sox do get blacked out because MLB owns the streaming audio rights, even if it is a WEEI production. I'm almost positive there is no league audio streaming blackout in MLS. I could be wrong though.
