Did he really post this video on this forum?

We really need a moderator to clean this place up.

If any of you had a brain about soccer you would find this a great play. It was executed very well. The players on the field are of a high level, but you don't respect them for some odd reason. If you were capable of it, you would be playing for a team like this. This is the section for pro indoor soccer. The PASL is one of two professional indoor leagues, so this is where videos like this should be posted. If this happened for players or a team you liked in the same way, you would be raving about it. You just don't like this team.

Actually, no. I was thinking this was going to be like a REAL buzzer beater. There was a good 2 seconds left after that goal. That was a well-drawn restart, poor defending 100%, but still a nice restart.

What's more shameful? That terrible mix of Young MC, Bon Jovi, and Tag Team before the restart.....and what the hell was #9 arguing about?

He was told that Jock Jams circa 1992, not '91 was going to be played in the final 2 minutes. Clearly his rhythm was thrown off by this gaff.

did everyone fail to notice that this was a 5 on 4 restart? White team was down a man, so the Waza better have scored that restart! Doesn't matter what point of the game it is, they have to execute on power play restarts within the red zone! so technically... nothing amazing about it. Sorry Noblet

Sorry Headhunter, but at least I was on a field for a play like this. I strongly doubt you ever have. Of course there wasn't the best executed defense. On most goals, the defense isn't perfect. It wouldn't have been considered amazing if it was a mid game goal, but the circumstances made it impressive. It was a well drawn up play put to perfection. #9 was probably bitching at his teammates to be honest.

I guess only a few people on here will give credit to something that they don't like. Most of you didn't like it before you watched it. Those of you who are flat out saying it's bad, are just ignorant. This is the forum for professional indoor soccer, so this is where a video like this should be posted.

well - You obviously do not know who headhunter is as he has been player and on the bench and knows the game very very very well
and there are many many end of game shots that are amazing - go to youtube and search it and really I was at the riot game where Ante blasted a game winning goal from way way out
it was a perfectly good goal but there are a thousand before it
you should be proud of your accomplishments or your teams, there is no shame in that but amazing for the world to see - well

First, you don't have any clue who I am, or where I have played. So don't start making assumptions. Second, I didn't say anthing about it not being professional soccer. And third, I've seen 100's, if not 1000's of restarts at the professional level, and I've been on the floor for plenty of them. If this were 5v5, then yeah, it could be a good goal. But to call this an "amazing" goal (when going against a team that is a man down) is stretching it a bit. I don't think anyone has a problem with video clips being posted here. It's always great to have new fans of the game join this forum. I just think the title of this thread was a little much.

It is true that I don't know your playing career, but most players are not quick to criticze or write off a play. Maybe it's not the best goal ever, but most players would appreciate it at least for the importance. I still doubt you have been on the floor in a professional game for a situation like this. It's in the realm of possible, but highly unlikely.

And if you know the facts and can explain it, I would agree with you, but until you know my playing career, you can't say that either. Do you understand. You have no knowledge of any other teams I may have played for. Also, it's probably safe to say there are players on the field that have played a higher level than both of us, so that pretty much nullifies his criticism as well.

well both of you have me beat since I have never played
but headhunter is involved with the MISL and has been for a long time
and you are right I do not know your experience - may I ask - have you played in the MISL?

I have not, but it's still indoor league. Take the some of the money out of it, many of the players are the same or same level. You do realize that a large portion of the Waza players have played for the Ignition, Rockers, and several other indoor teams? Not to mention any outdoor, futsal, or other experience on the team. The overall level in the MISL is a bit better, mainly cuz the worst PASL teams are absolute garbage. The better teams can hang or beat any MISL team, and I still believe the Sockers may be the best team in indoor soccer. My whole point is that the goal should be taken for what it is and it's importance. People shouldn't be like oh well, it's crap cuz it's PASL or it's a 5v4 situation. The fact of the matter is coaches say that you should score from restarts in 5v4 situations in the redzone, but most people around the game long enough will realize that most of the time they still don't score in MISL or PASL.

ok you are passionate about it and that is commendable but if we all posted amazing goals on here that individually we thought were amazing goals we could become big soccer youtube. I think the point here is that you are correct and to you and some it is amazing but like most of us on here - we have been to and watched on foxsoccer channel and on the internet and have watched hundreds or more of indoor soccer games and we could post a million goals
congrats to the shooter for the goal

This goal was fairly recent. It's indoor league and in the indoor forum. It's a high level goal of good quality. You are just being silly making that claim. You cannot compare indoor league to champions league on foxsoccer. Let's face it, there's always a goal out there that's better, so sill of you to even say that. I posted it, because it's an indoor league goal, and it was a good one which fans of the indoor league should enjoy.

You really just compared these two? The futsal goal was spectacular. We have a bike goal video as well. I admit it's not as good, but I'll let you see it as well. Only the highschool goal was in the secs remaing category.

The highschool goal was a joke. Not even a good shot, just crappy goalkeeping. That goal can't seriously be compared. I remember seeing MISL on FSC. I am now playing with and against many of those players. I could just post tons of crazy goals too, but I'm posting stuff about indoor league. Also, I might play MISL in the future. I have possible opportunities, so I think the MISL vs PASL argument is silly. I have opportunities outside indoor soccer as well, so we'll see how everything goes. I just posted a video of a good goal and was wanting feedback about the goal.
