    Hi,

As a non-native American, I'm trying to find information about getting to the New Meadowlands on Saturday.

I've had a browse on other threads and a general web search, but can't find information.

I'm based in the Newport/Hoboken area and wondered if there are gonna be any direct trains, and does anyone know what the times are - wanna get there early to soak up the atmosphere!

    Thanks in advance!

I visited Hoboken (Carlo's Bakery) this past winter break but here are some directions from the Red Bull Arena website:

Hoboken: Take the PATH train to Journal Square or Grove Street (Yellow/Blue Line). At Journal Square or Grove Street, transfer to the Newark train (Red Line) towars Newark. Exit at Harrison station (second to last stop). Exit the station onto Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard. Red Bull Arena is four blocks from the station.

JLoeza: I think the request for travel info was to the New Meadowlands (USA v ARG I suspect) not Red Bull Arena. Below is some information about the train from the Hoboken Terminal to the New Meadowland. I have only taken this train once so others might be able to confirm or provide more details. I don't know the train times.

Trains leave from Secaucus Junction and the Hoboken Terminal, both located on the NJ Transit Line.

    Yeah, it's to New Meadowlands.

Have found out that NJ Transit lays on special trains for events.

    Thanks for the responses!
