Same thing for me as well. Get video for about a second or less and then it freezes. Grrrr, all I gotta say is come 7:30 it better work.
Ah well, at least it's only a game between two expansion teams. (I always count Toronto as an expansion team since they change most of the players every year.)
So while it is working on the iPad, the quality is much much lower than watching the archived Seattle/LA game. But I can see what is happening at least.

These problems have always been par for the course on opening weekend. I just can't believe these problems are STILL par for the course on opening weekend. They've been offering this package for years. You'd think they'd have their shit together.
I only get a black screen. Every GD year this happens and I foolishly expect it to be better every year.
It's really not though, I think they do both MLB and NHL's video streaming and both of those are wonderful.
At least it's not just me having issues. I recommend everyone email mlsmatchdaylive@neulion.com just to complain... The more noticeable the issue is the more their tech department will scramble to fix it. Not saying it will get fixed RIGHT AWAY but at least it will happen sooner rather than later. If there's hundreds of fans online trying to watch a game through their service and can't that's a much higher risk they'll be getting calls demanding refunds and that my friends is how IT people lose their jobs.
update: the watch now links for the next 2 games went active, and the SEA/NY game just comes up black, but the video feed seems to be active for DC/CLB (it says the game will start shortly but it's animated video)
Are you getting a decent stream? While I can watch the game on my iPad the quality is horrible. However this game is everything a neutral could ask for. Excellent advertisement for MLS so far.
