If Philipp Lahm went to Liga de Quito I would buy myself a Liga de Quito jersey!! So i could burn it!! just kidding! lol
A golden retriever named " Chelsea "... that pretty much sums it up ! I been a fan of UNITED before AV got there, is anybody here a Latic's fan ??? Didn't think so
Enough of the "RED'S vs Blues" ... It appears Antonio will be back this weekend ! And btw she's a good looking bitch (dog)
I just read that he might play with the reserves tomorrow against Blackpool. Hopefully rojadirecta has this game.
http://www.rojadirecta.es/ Seems to be working for me, at least I'm counting on it for the Liga match tonight since fox deportes is showing champions league. I hate the champions league with a passion when they decide to show it over Libertadores games.
He didn't play today. Hopefully it just means that they're confident enough about his form and they didn't need him to play today.. http://www.manutd.com/en/Players-An...r/Reserves-Blackpool-2-United-1.aspx?pageNo=2
They didn't play him because the pitch was in poor condition. http://twitter.com/manutdreserves/status/45509764687470592
All I ask is for them is: please don't rush him... They should play him only if he is 100% ready for it.
From The SUN (http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...69/Alex-Ferguson-Valencia-can-be-the-key.html) : The Ecuadorian winger broke an ankle in September's Champions League clash with Rangers. He has not played since but is set to return to the squad for tomorrow's FA Cup quarter-final with Arsenal.
valencia is back. He seems a little scared to make contact but i don't blame him his form will improve with game time
The way he is playing it doesn't even seem like he came back from such a serious injury!! I'm so glad for him!!
I didnt see him scared or afraid as some of you have said. They were up by two goals immediatley in the second half, he didnt have to risk anything and play all out. He asked for the ball alot and made some nice one two passes down the right. He only seemed cautious on winning headers .
It's great to see him back!!! and looked pretty good too.... I don't think him easing up a bit would be a bad thing necessarily he could still do damage without going turbo speed all of the time. it could benefit him and make him less of a predictable player, just my 2 cents.
In a recent interview SAF said something about Valencia being the type of player who can get the ball and bring it all the way up the field for you, and how they were missing that. You could see that clearly during the 2nd goal, as he brought it up all the way on the right and passed to Rafael who crossed it in. Seems like Valencia takes 4 strides and he's already on the other end of the field.
