Jankauskas was close to retiring before the Revs signed him and hadn't played for a good club in years.

Alex is having an incredible year, leading the league in scoring, on a team that frequently is competing in the Champions League and is arguably the biggest team in Turkey.

    No comparison.

There are so many considerations that go into what makes a reasonable DP. Spector may not be a starting EPL C-mid, but he is a 24 year old American who plays for an EPL team, gets occasional PT, and can play at both ends of the field, has decent feet and can score. He would be one of the best, if one of the only, two-way mids in MLS. If West Ham is moving him, it might be interesting to see what it would take to get him here. Transfermarkt.com says his transfer fee is 2 mil euros, but his contract is up on 6/30/11.

Good idea, Jon. Spector would be a decent addition to this club, partnering Shalrie I'd imagine.

I agree. Why should he? He's just opened some new eyes in the PL.
