Metrostars season ticket holders may start purchasing tickets March 10 thru the 23 rd, Tickets go on public sale March 27 th for this one at Giants Stadium and this is according to a letter we got from the Metrostars.
Note: there is a limit to the number of tickets, cannot buy more then the number of Metro season tix.

I called yesterday , had a horible phone connection with Ticketmaster and i could not get specific section i wanted, they do it over by price level and selling one section at a time i guess, it sux if you ask me.

It wouldn't have hurt if Man U had made a run at acquiring Lucio, considering that Rio was suspended and Wes Brown has been suspended of having any talent.

Interesting question. It was an 8-month ban, right? Seems to me it began in November timeframe. Anybody else remember more accurately? That would coincide with a completion by my estimation.

Does the ban cover ALL play, including exhibitions? I assume even exhibitions need to be FIFA sanctioned?

His 8 month ban began in January. So he will not be able to play during the tour unless his ban is shortened by his appeal.

Make up your mind.....you're either upset they are extorting money from fans or you're upset that you aren't the one being extorted.

No, but if they play in DC I'll head on over to brawl with some of their fans.

How can you start a brawl with their fans? If they are anything like the players, all you have to do is lightly touch them and they will go down in agony, as if you hit them with a baseball bat.

Yea i just saw that too on their official press release. So for some of us fans who doesnt want to join club memberships we have to sit in like row 31 if we dont fork over the $45, and now some of the metro season holders are saying they can book early as well...last summer i got my ass to the ticket line first when it opened and got my row 1 seats but now it seems if we dont fork over additional money i'm gonna got a crap seat...regardless of how early you purchase on their official release date. I feel for the Roma and non-metrostars season holders...no way to get the "best" seats in the stadium = (

I'm actually the other way. I hate Man U and I don't care how many Americans they have. I will be there rooting for Bayern.

    *sigh*
It always astounds me how many people think they are "hurting" Man United by going there for no other reason than to boo them, paying them their hard-earned cash in the process.
