Has anyone else noticed that there's an HG version of the adiPure IV's on PDS with a new HG setup? I could be wrong about the tooling being new, but I've never seen it before on an adidas boot. The foam insert at the heel is an interesting change. I like the rivet at the toe, I think they should add this to the FG and SG version as well. EDIT: Looks like I was wrong, this plate was used on the adiPure III as well.
Those are the boots I want. I don't see how the hell I could be considered 'gay' for wearing a pair of boots with Sky Blue on them when I wear damn City top half of the time. Wow some people are idiots.
it's because there's some people out there that are marketing slaves. they believe everything the big brands say. it's sad...I know
I wouldn't wear women's shoes because they are a different last. They are supposed to fit a women's foot. But if you try them on, and they fit, why not go for them.
Why isn't there a point system on this forum? Like, when someone writes a good post, we can give "Qualitypoints" or something like that.
^^^ Click the scales or whatever it is in the bottom corner of the posts. You can give positive or negative rep.
if you bought those cheetah shits you deserve to be shot. If youve bougth vapors past the V you should be killed.
and these new adipures look GREEEAAATTT. love the direction adidas has been heading laltely. but someone tell them to cut the bs with the adizero prime and etc. c monnnn dont start that adidas. we love you for the price you give great quality boots.
Well played sir. I think MiAdidas has it's strong points but will have to change drastically to compete with NikeID's improvements around the new year. Can't wait to ID a pair of CTR II's.
They are revamping the NikeID experience in the "near future" which hopefully means Jan/Feb 2011. I'm pretty sure they'll add SF's to the ID availability online, along with other tweaks.
A little early to be saying that Adidas needs to revamp its customization to compete with Nike's soon to be improvements when you don't even know when or what they are. For all you know they could just revamp the interface and then put out a press release saying "Oh my gosh isn't it awesome guys?!".
Eh, you could say that but the fact is a revamp on NikeID is long overdue. You could also say that Nike's non-answer to the Adizero has really hurt Nike, too. I wouldn't consider MiAdidas on the same level of NikeID right now, hence why I'm saying they need to improve sooner rather than later. The point - they have to keep up with change in order to not look lazy or out of touch with the market. The main thing MiAdidas could do is just starting the Adizero in Leather, even if they stick to the existing upper colors.
This is true. I'd also like more options in both MiAdidas and NikeID for the wide fit boots. I don't really fit well into normal Adipures, but unfortunantly they don't let you build Adipures on a wide last. If the options were there, I'd be all over a MiAdidas wide Adipure III with a mix sole.
Yeah, I wish NikeID was a little more clear on the descriptions of Wide and Advanced Fit. Most people say the Wide Fit is merely the width of the half size up in the boot. The 10.5 US CTR's are too narrow for my foot but the 11 US is too long but perfect width-wise. Maybe the IV's will have a slightly wider last or they'll add the wide fit to MiAdidas for the IV. NikeID should offer the mixed-sole SG plate for the Laser III ID on other boots as well, or at least the CTR/Legend. I just don't like the stud pressure on 6-stud SG's, and a mixed-sole SG would be nasttttyyy.
Exactly. I even have normal polyurethane 10mm screw ins so when the ground is hard I could wear a mix sole just like it was normal fg. So it is a little more weight, but I don't care.
