Israel had a good first 10-15 minutes and then went to sleep. Conceded a needless penalty and badly defended another. 2-0 down already.

Israel has been the better side - croatia looks asleep and were gifted 2 goals... the game should be 0 - 0 as it stands, and if any side should be up, it should be us...

we'll see what happens in the 2nd half - croatia doesn't look scary at all though

Definently not dominating. Looks like a 5-3-2 out there.

two opportunities 1-1 and yes we blew it.

I'm pissed that tamir's dumb fouls for no reason are happening.

The most worst goal came out with that penalty, and then 5min of shock for our team in which we took another one. Our luck, it always happens.

Etay playing well , If we get the goal early, things can change.

    ********KKKKKKKKK

yep 5-3-2 is the go. but at least there are two strikers..

i like the look of elroy cohen but his natural position is not a defender, right? and same - i don't understand why tamir cohen is playing, let alone in defence.. he has hardly played for bolton and there are players who are much more match fit.

All things considering, not a terrible result. Couldn't really expect them to win, so a one goal loss is as good as you can expect. Even with Benayoun, Israel is not as good as Croatia, and without him, it could've been a blow out.

that's only if goal differential is being considered. Otherwise, a loss is 0 points and means we failed. We need a win against greece and we cannot loose any more games in the tournament.

    Yeeeeah... lol?

What would make you think Israel can beat the Greeks? At this point, Israel is just trying to stay in the third-tier for the World Cup qualifiers. It's simply not going to make Poland-Ukraine.

Israel needs to win against greece to get a solid position to qualify.

You act like greece are the best team in the world. There not, Croatia is the best team in this group and even they were not dominating today.

lol, your ridiculous if you think greece are that great.

Every team needs to be treated with respect, especially by us... greece won't be easy but we can definitely do it... look at estonia in their group...

Well Israel will need to make at least one change - I believe Ben Haim is suspended due to yellow cards. Rami Gershon should make his debut you would think..

Interesting, now with Ben Haim out it looks even more difficult. Not sure, but gershon, perhaps. Our defense is very weak at this point.

Ben Haim always pulls this shyytt.....lol. He went too far there breaking the guy's face after that yellow card. I thought he was going to see red but it didn't come. Ofcourse when he messes with Trezeget or Roony, it's funny. He really gets in peoples heads.

Greece are definently looking to collect all 3 points at home, but Israel need to pull something in this game. Hopefully we can score and early this time.
