Makhachkala. RPL. Anji vs Spartak Moscow. On the guest sector about 200 people from Moscow. Spartak at 22-minute scoring a goal against the hosts. I don't know about visiting fans, but the people I know from the area say Nalchik is at least still a civilized place. The others, all bets are off.

 

Nalchik fans have a poor reputation as well. Vladikavkaz is the Ossetian capital and they're one of Russia's most loyal ethnic groups and Alania jhas some of Russia's best fans a number of who are Russian as Russians make up about 1/4th of Vladikavkaz.

 

Like I said, I am not talking about football, fans or visiting the stadium. Just that you could probably walk down the streets of Nalchik without much more worry than any other Russian city. At least, that is what people have told me. I've never been to the central Caucuses.
