Theres a club in Germany where they must have a specific brand of boots, they can wear other if they want but they must put the other brand logo on, I think it's Puma

Because alot of these players arent sponsored by the likes of Nike & Adidas so they have to personally buy them and like us (the public) cant buy black out versions of Superflies & adizeros they have to personally do it --- But the whole dani alves thing i got no clue :X

Clint Dempsey, yet another player to switch off of the Vapor/SF VI. Even CR7 and Drogba wear it completely customized with the SF1 soleplate. It's a horrible boot with horrible comfort issues, some fanboys will argue that it needs a "long break in time". well i'm not buying that crap. I'm back on my air legend III's but i'm thinkin im going to get some T90 Laser III's.

^just because they have alot of money doesn't mean they want to pay alot for boots. some of them will think like some of us and not want to pay for id or any extras. obviously a few of them are bad attempts at blackouts and i don't understand them ones!

Mizuno Wave Shinken II - I've got a pair, the leather on the upper is some of the best you'll ever play in - but they're very roomy so make sure you buy half a size down.

As for the blackouts, I htink a lot of players use blackouts as a way to show brands that they have no sponsor currently and would like one.

It's like saying 'I like your boots, and if you give me some free pairs or send some cash my way I'll let the world know that I like your boots'

Like a blank billboard I guess!

Do they actually have it for women? Not that I've seen it on store.nike.com...

dunno, Wombat's always in it too. There's not much in the way of women's compression gear aside from under armour or skins :(

She's switched from meastris to the tiempo classic too

Lol Wombat. Yea UA ones tend to be pricey for some women's compression wear. I love Nike's but again, price play a big part!

Back on topic, you were saying Wombat/Lepeilbet switched to Tiempo?

LePeilbet switched, she seems to like white boots. Wombat's still in maestri elites, she's usually the first to get new colours too.

lol... I feel I know too much.....

There is no break in time for the SFII and is not a horrible boot.

Hardly see Mizuno boots on players...clearly overshadowed by powerhouse Nike and Adidas! Asics do make soccer boots too btw.

yeh mizuno and asics are pretty popular in the italian leagues. more interesting boot spots in there games than the prem where everyone wears the same sort.
