I believe it has to do with corporate sponsorship of stadiums conflicting with UEFA regulations.

Emirates Stadium becomes Arsenal Stadium.
Allianz Arena becomes Munich Football Arena.

 

Well there is the Ashburton Grove name they could use. Arsenal Stadium just sounds odd.
