I haven't seen anything, but if there is one, I'm game. I've been doing the Barclay's game for a few years now, and set my team up weeks ago. I can set one up now, but want to know, do we want to do Classic, or Head to Head?
Whoever started the league last year just needs to carry it over to this year, all from last year will be automatically added.

I don't think H2H was available last year. I've been running a league with guys from another MB for a couple of seasons, and I think it's always been Cum Points until now.
