teaser i made for the upcoming match between usa vs brazil [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67setc401pM"]YouTube- Usa vs brazil commercial[/ame] and on topic where is freddy adu? and altidore?
Adu is not on the roster because he was deemed not good enough, also he has no club. Altidore is trying to find a club to settle with and that is vitally more important than flying back to the U.S. for a friendly.
Where's Gooch? ESPN makes no mention of him on the roster or as being left off. I'd expect him to stay with Milan with the season approaching but it looks like ESPN overlooked him altogether.
I'm looking forward to seeing how Jones does. Buddle needs to start, (no findley plz) and hopefully Bedoya shows well again
the article says they only have one practice.why would BB call up someone generallly new at fwd...its result rlly has no impact..its just a money maker game IMO
OMAR GONZALEZ? The future anchor on defense is left out. Also Adu and Altidore need to be on here and get rid of Findley he should try running track.
Come on.... Running around the terminals of small regional airports in Europe keeps him in excellent game shape.........
Brazil's roster is over 80% different from the one at the WC. Can't say the same about this US roster ...
This seems to be a "victory lap" if you will for the WC squad, minus a couple of guys who need to fit in with new clubs (or find new clubs), and plus Jones. If that's not BB's intent, then I'm not sure why he called in this roster.
Kinda wish Jozy was playing...but I understand Anyone know where hes looking to play? What his posibilities are?
There is a thread in YA but I'll run down the possibilites: -Besiktas (most recent) -Trabzonspur (5th place in Turkish League, one of the more popular clubs there. They agreed to a transfer w/ Villarreal supposedly but I suppose Jozy didn't agree to it.) -Villarreal (He is training there right now, as of yesterday) There will be others until he moves, but those are the rumors.
No Gonzalez, no Braun?? This is why US Soccer is so myopic and so stuck in pure mediocrity that they will never see a US National Team accomplish anything worthwhile. It's not like Bradley is looking at the future development of US Soccer, he just wants the USA to keep its current FIFA ranking.
