Not sure if i have to post it here but Adu is still an Aris player.
For people who dont know, Adu didnt went to the preseason but he still has contract with Aris. If he doesnt find another team he will continue at Aris and hopefully he will show more of his talent. Benfica doesnt want him back.
Aris wanted EJ a lot, proposed 500.000 euro to Fulham with many chances to buy him but Fulham asked for 700.000 at second thought.
Ex MLSers joined the team, Carlos Ruiz and Juan Toja.
Aris is travelling to Poland for the best result! An away goal is the most important.
Polish stadium seems tough since its rather small (6000 capacity) but with fans that support their team.
Around 700 Aris fans are travelling to support Aris.
Cuper doesnt want to risk so he will use mostly the last season Aris players.
    A possible lineup is

[LINEUP-4-4-2]Cesarec, Koke, Calvo, Nafti, Mendrinos, Javito, Michel, Lazaridis, Ronaldo, Neto, Sifakis[/LINEUP-4-4-2]

Toja and Ruiz have many chances for playing but as i said it seems Cuper doesnt want to risk the chemistry of last year's team cause its too early.

There are many links (especially polish) that you can watch the game.

ps i hope the hour difference i mention is the right one.

Aris is a small team, I hope Jaga keeps it under 5.

You guys are great fans. It is nice having you guys post here. Very informative and refreshing. Don't let these Adu fans stop you guys. They are in their usual "divorce" stage with a team on the Adu European soccer adventure. At least you guys got a "honeymoon" period from them....cant' say the same for Monaco or Belenenses.

Cannot catch the game on TV or online, so play by play will be great, if possible.

Sorry i didnt post date, forgot how we do it after 2 months of break :p
    Its Thursday 29 July.
Yes i know people are not interested anymore but since hes still in team and there is a (high) chance he continues i think its better for you that Aris continues to playoff stage ;)

    LOL nice photochop.

Is Toja able to play? I def. want to tune in to see how he does. I have a feeling he is going to TEAR up the greek league.

He is fairly young, and has alot of potential to do big things for your team!

He has many chances to start but still Calvo seems the favourite of left wing.

Being an FC Dallas fan for years, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed watching Toja while he was there.

His last year he was a little off, but when he is on, he's amazing. Toja should do great, great things in Greece.

Now for Ruiz... he's your problem now... but he does score... and flop... and pout...

LOL I dont get the Ruiz hate.

Yes he flops.... but gone is the fat, disinterested player we saw as MLS fans in his last year or 2 in the league.

The new ruiz is refreshed, rid of baggage (as i understand it GFs and such) and wieght too.

I wont be surprised if he scores at least 10 League goals in his first year. Not counting any goals outside the league too.

From reports Ruiz is really really good at training and very powerful.
Hes back from his injury in a record time. Doctors said that he will loose the first match but hes ready already.
I dont know who should be afraid of him more, Koke or Cesarec? From what we read Ruiz will be very soon a lineup player.

Well he is a goal scorer, but his touch on the ball and passing is good also. I wouldnt be surprised if Koke finds himself phased out if he can't refind his form that made him get paid so high.

Don't get me wrong, Ruiz can be really good. But will he keep interested throughout the whole year? I just can't see it... but would love to be proved wrong!

Since we know Adu is not on the roster, this should not be in YA Gameday.

Aris won 2-1 in Poland. Both goals scored by Toni Calvo.
