I think Donovan should've won Best MLS Player. If the US had advanced further than the Round of 16 I think "Best Moment" would've been him without a doubt. But it's bittersweet when Sunil says we didn't meet expectations. Crosby is a shithead but he won the gold medal for his country, we avoided colossal embarrassment. This makes three ESPYs that the Yanks have won in the "cross-cutter" categories the last two years, as they also won Best Upset last year. Nice to see them getting more exposed respect.
1) This wasn't about the World Cup being ESPN's thing or the network rigging the voting. This was all about TIMING. The ESPY voting couldn't have come at a better time: RIGHT after the USA's run. 2) There is no way the USMNT was going to be nominated this year for best team, because they were up for one this year and BECAUSE THEY WON ONE LAST YEAR. Remember that whole snapping Spain's world record wining and unbeaten streak to make the Confed Cup Final and take Brazil to the limit? Yeah, they won it for that.
It was partially about both, which i already noted in one of my posts. This makes no sense. Just because they were up for another separate espy this year and/or last year means they couldn't be nominated for best team? no. that's not why. it's because they didn't deserve best team...they only made the round of 16, not the semis, or finals, or world champs.
ok...look at them now a bit much..dont ya think? the only ones that stood out was donovan and bradely and from there donovan disappeared a lot in the games and bradleys role doesnt allow him to shine like a messi or ronaldo role

I've been wondering if my subscribers have been missing me. It sucks that the channel got deleted, but oh well. I've gotten it back like twice before when it was deleted by YouTube, but this time I wasn't able to, so I've decided to give up on that channel. There's no use anymore, since everything gets removed by FIFA, UEFA, Premier League, etc. That's what really sucks with YouTube now, and that's why every soccer highlight you find on YouTube now is someone filming their TV, which sucks. It was fun while it lasted though. I had 200 something videos, about 1600 subscribers, like 1200 friends, and over a 1 million video views.
