Why not blame it on Guille, had the tronco put away his chances against South Africa and Uruguay we could of won the group and played Korea instead of Argentina. I dont know about you but I rather play Korea for a spot in the quarters.

Bofo is not to blame for this loss. Aguirre tried to clog up the midfield and it was working ok until that first offside goal. I don't think Bofo worked out the way Aguirre wanted him to, but

Mexico's mentality is to blame. They went into panic mode after that first goal. Their confidence was shot for a while and it cost them.

Exactly Aguirre shaould have started the Moreno instead of Orsorio and Bofo was useless
what happened to Nilo Torres? Or Aguilar?

Who else were we gonna take?

Yes Guille had a shitty tournament.

When Sabah saved our asses, people we're saying that he was a tronco and should never step foot in South Africa?

    So tell me who?

We don't produce quality forwards. That's the cold hard truth. We could go through twenty world cup cycles and we most likely will not produce a Tevez, Higuain, Milito.

So yeah Guille was shit, but he was pretty much the only shit we had.

The Argies were better overall, despite that offside gol. Every move Aguirre made turned into sh!t, and we could smell it all the way here before the game started. Very very disappointed in Aguirre, and let's not forget about the "master tactician" Mario Carrillo. Bofo starting was the cherry on the cake for Aguirre's stubborn, and failed plan. Maza, Juarez y Gio (although he did hustle) de lo peorcito. Barrera, Salcido, y Cheech de lo mejorcito. Han pasado 4 años desde el ultimo mundial, y estamos igual o un poco peor.

Now to look forward to Chivas in Libertadores, and the beginning of Cheech's career at Man U.

I think he lost it mentally. He cracked under the pressure or lost all desire to be the coach anymore. He didn't look like he wanted to be there and I really do think he went into some form of dementia.

Agreed. Even though the first goals was offsides, the play originates because dumb ass Perez coughed up the ball. A better goalie would have somthered the ball or knocked it far away to the side.

Ya van dos mundiales cagados por Aguirre.

No me gustó su elección de jugadores en este torneo pero aún le daba el beneficio de la duda pero lo de poner al Bofo de titular es imperdonable.

Que le vaya bien al Vasco en europa...

Change the system. We were playing a 4-3-3. If there aren't 3 forwards with good enough quality to play that system then go to a 4-4-2. Thats what good coaches do, they adjust.

well, there's always next 4 years.

The only thing positive that I can take from this world cup is that Europe will take a look at young mexican talent. The key to trancending is exporting our players to Europe were they can grow. Mexico's goal from here to 2014 should be to be seeded in the next World Cup as contenders. I'm tired of Mexico being thought of as a second tier nation. We have the talent to put ourselves on the map and earn the respect of the futbol community. But to do this Mexico will have to go through major changes.

Yes let us pull out our all conquering goalscoring striker.

    WE DON'T HAVE QUALITY FORWARDS

Chicharito played with heart and determination, but the kid is still too green and cannot be expected to carry this sorry excuse for a team.

    That's the picture imbecil.

I agree on the mentality part, but bofo was pretty useless

and it's not like he ever did anything to deserve a NT spot

    Tough loss for us.

My wife is crying, my mom probably also.

I thought the team with the exception of Osorio stepped up.
Salcido gave them hell, and they couldn't ever control him the
whole way. Chicharo got a good goal , probably the best goal Mexico
has scored in the last two world cups.

We have a young bunch of guys who will be around in 2014 and in their
prime. Marquez will probably no longer be around and he should be thanked
for all he has given Mexico.

We held our own but the ref call jobbed us, we can take comfort in that.
Argentina didn't beat us fairly and while some may not look at it that way I do.

I thought the same. He should have held on to it, second goal he went to the ground too soon, third goal we couldn't reach and others might have.

Second gol was obvious what the forward was going to do.

So much for Conejo experience and "game reading"

Mexicans and their stupid jerarquia and experience mentality.

    to be honest

Chicharito should've been the starter and Guille the sub
