11,843 in Houston watched the Dynamo beat Agila 4-0. Thats more then the Galaxy for for their match against the same team in pre-season. Also, it is a better result: the Galaxy only managed a 0-0 draw.

10,240 in DC for El Salvador. Kind of low?

Red Bulls wrapped up another exhibition against Brazilian opposition with a 4-2 loss to Cruzeiro. 7,680 in attendance contrasting with the sellout for Santos (which obviously sold out because it was the stadium opener) Overall, Cruzeiro is probably happy with the results, but I think the MLS sides were expecting slightly larger crowds.

Just a question... Wasn't/Isn't Portsmouth forced to basically sell their starting 11? What kind of roster is going to come to America then

FC Edmonton (NASL 2011) is playing a bunch of friendlies this season to start generating support for the 2011 season. Has anyone ever seen a club put together a team to play a season of friendlies against foreign opposition. This is a team that is really starting to get the wheels spinning.

FC Edmonton 3-4 Colo Colo - Commonwealth Stadium (Edmonton) 5,573 att. June 20th (Fathers Day)

when they first reported this Portsmouth tour they said it was "Edmonton Select Team" and not FC Edmonton. so thanks for clearing that up i will add it to the list and if they are playing any others let me know.

Colo-Colo is also playing the TFC Academy team in Waterloo, Ontario on June 29th. They are also contractually obligated to play their 'A' team.

Tickets are a little pricey ($20 for kids/seniors, $40 for adults) though.

But it's only a 6,000 seat stadium and this is probably the biggest soccer game to ever be played in Waterloo.

Inter Milan out. Real Madrid in.

LA Galaxy playing Real Madrid (instead of Inter) on August 7th.

Venue also changes from HDC to Rose Bowl. Probably because they figure Real is a much bigger draw.

Having 1 friendly is a good thing, and all the teams should have done something to make sure that happened. It's a great marketing tool. However more than that I can see objections to as it could impact season play.

Depends on the team we are talking about too. With how packed the Crew schedule is for the second half of the season, I would rather not see a meaningless game added to their schedule.
