Yeah, well maybe the reason why you're not hearing any news at the moment is because MLS offices aren't even open yet.

Yeah, yeah, and the Filth got Adu.Get over it.

The Crew just passed the $7 million mark in transfers earned for MLS, and all we've gotten is Mark Williams.

    Hi Bill!

    Welcome to Our Board!

    [/kevincostner.silveradovoice]

    Rightwing Delusionists are often caught
in a trap of their own making, defending
dogma while asleep. They choose to believe
that an absence of evidence IS an evidence
of absence when it suits their purpose.

Conversely, when they have no evidence,
they choose to believe that an absence
of evidence DOES NOT equal evidence of
absence. With this line of thinking, which is,
by the way, a correct application of the term
post hoc ergo propter hoc, a rightwing Delusionist
is able to discern that, because the MLS
offices are not yet open, no one can be
    in those offices. ABRACAFRICKINDABRA!

I guess the fact that i've talked to Ivan
and TFG on several occaisions, while they
were already at work, BEFORE 8am, is not
    possible under Archer's revisionist space-time
continuum. No, Ivan NEVER gets in at 4am
    to work Europe, NEVER.

Bill is just pissed because I went on the sCrew
board and lit them up for a couple of days over
    the Gibbs situation.

    Come on Bill!
    Bring it on!
    Let's see some real vile!

    OFFICIAL TROLLBAIT
    guaranteed to melt
    Archer's neo-cortex:

Bill Archer: I'll report anyone who doesn't
agree with me to John Ashcroft.

    John Ashcroft impersonation:
Evil, evil, evil. Stop disagreeing with me.
Evil, evil. Stop confusing me with facts.
I used the E-word. Evil. Be quiet. Evil.

    Bill, I'm your worst nightmare:

An awakened Texan who makes more
    money than you.

    Alot more.

    8:30centraltime UPDATE:

It's down to personal terms and agent's fees,
and it's not yet a done deal. The deal has
been worked all weekend. Today is the day
we find out yea or nay.

Gibbs is reportedly comfortable with coming
to Dallas, and the transfer fee has been worked
out. It's just down to terms and fees....

Parties close to the deal are optimistically hopeful,
but same parties also say they've seen things fall
    apart for less...

if my math is right, the deadline passed 5 hours ago - that doesn't mean it won't happen for the burn - MLS may want to let the cat out and all - still, i wonder about any 'reports' that emanate from the rather sensationalistic european football media

and despite all my posts, i would be happy for the burn to land a gibbs - they sure could use him and i prefer to see them doing well

I used to think I was a disturbed and unbalanced individual.

Reading Brushes Sand makes me feel like a model of mental health.

    Thanks so much

As for Gibbs, MLS has screwed us again. Thanks to them also.

Don't feel bad, this just mean that the league even loves Dallas more than the Crew. You should know the last place allocation is the most important.

Way out of line, Brushes. Way the fcuk out of line. When you offend me, you have gone way to far.

The modern world began in 1513. Nothing has changed, and nothing will.

Your gods are new and weak and cannot hold me for much longer.

UPDATE: As of 11:45 AM Central Time on Monday the deal is not yet done. "They are close." said Burn GM Greg Elliott. "Deals have fallen apart over less, but we are hoping today is the day with a positive ending, but as of now there is no deal."

    Is brushes sand Lamar Hunt?

The italicized portion is almost an exact quote of one of bs' posts. Who else could have such inside info?

    Just curious.

As you can clearly see, he attributed the phrase to someone else. I suppose he was getting his info from GE himself and that's why the phrasing is similar to 3rd Degree's report. And if Brushes was Lamar Hunt, then LH needs to see a psychologist ASAP, he has some major multiple personality issues to work out.

    Fixed your post.

I know this is very complicated for a disturbed and unbalanced person, but try again.

Dallas finished with the worst record and so they get 1st choice with their you-suck allocation.

FlashMan, you must be the last man on the planet that did not know that Brushes Sand was Lamar Hunt.

Setting aside the comments earlier made about our YS allocation being ahead of yours (Duh!), I think you still don't get that you have come to the one place where your claims of "MLS has screwed us again" hold no water.

Save up some money so you can pay attention next time.

Now if you don't get an allocation for Brian, then we can talk.

But considering that you got Hejduk last season, I really don't want to hear about it. I mean, please. Did you just forget about him?

Or are you saying that Frankie is a washed up old guy who can't play anymore?

Brushes may use some very odd language from time to time, but if that really is your position, even HE has a better grasp on reality than you, cheif.
