What's the thoughts on flags on cars? A definite no no as it may attract carjackers etc Shame cos at Germany 06 we took flags everywhere.
ha ha - there are hundreds of flags on our cars - S African, English, Brasilian you name it - don't be scared. Am trying to upload photos to show you - failing so far....
uhm there are flags on plenty of cars here.. I'd say in JHB, 1 in every 4 cars i see has either flags or those silly socks on their mirrors. And not all are SA flags either.. Some of my friends have had their flags stolen but i don't think it'll increase your chances of being hijacked or having your car stolen.

I noticed my local Wilkinson were selling them for 38p yesterday along with a load of other England stuff, all under £2. I picked up a big hat for, I think, £1.97, but resisted on the car flags, mainly because I think they look pretty crap on other people's cars. You also see them strewn up and down the hard shoulders of the motorways as they can't take the high speeds, either that or some idiot forgets it's there and winds the window down.
