This game is winnable if our team believes it.
    Team should be:

    Green
    Faubert, Da Costa, Upson, Specs
    Behrami, Noble, Kovac, Junior
    Cole, Ilan

    COYI

Did I mention that I f.....g hate Arsenal!!!!! The one occasion in my life when I actually WANT them to win, look what happens.

The game's being televised live down here in the colonies at 7am tomorrow so I'll be watching it, the last time I saw us win at Anfield was 47 years ago when I was just a lad of 22 living in Manor Park, and I would like to see us win again before I finally pop me clogs!!

    C'mon you Irons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope we dont sit back. If we do, we lose. If we go for it I think this is nickable

Well at least we look up for a fight back.

    I know

We're being totally outplayed in every department. One can only admire those fans who are still singing bubbles. They must be either drunk or delusional, or both with a sense of irony

That has to be the dullest half of football I have seen for a while. Liverpool were pretty awful. Their only saving grace is that we were ten times worse.

Benayoun was given enough time to belly the ball into the net (or was it handball?) and the ball went straight at Green for the second goal. He should have done better really.

The home crowd are so quiet that our (apparently quite delusional) fans can easily be heard. With this in mind and Liverpool's weakened side and poor form is it too much to expect our players to go out and at least show a bit of fight?

I suppose they must be waiting for the 89th minute again!

*takes out chalk and scores the 48th mark on the wall*

We're playing like we are 10th in the league and it's the last game of the season.

Is there anyone who, before the game or during it now, thinks that we can hold Liverpool to only 2 goals?
Let's face it; we're outclassed by a halfspeed Liverpool team without Torres!
I don't think we can beat Wigan like this.

Before the game I thought we could nick it. But we went there and set out our stall not to lose and if you do that only one thing happens; you lose.
Noble is playing with passion, Coles running but to no purpose that I can see, aside from that...

Just coming to the end of the second most dullest half of football I have ever seen. Some of our players actually got into second gear in this half. Not often though.

I have always been a fan of Green but he wants a strip tearing off him for his performance today. He should have done better with the last two goals. The third goal was embarrassing. How can they miss when Green has forgotten that he has a body that is capable of moving?!? All that money he is being paid to stand still and looked depressed...

The whistle has just gone. This is up there with our worst performance of the season and possibly our worst ever.
