well you can make a white/black vapor on NikeID. I did, it looks amazing. But too bad normal vapors are crap now

 

Could thes be Puma v1.12?

i don't kno, i just found pics and posted, there also up in the puma thread, but no one really uses that
but i dunno, the leather looks really nice to me, kinda reminds me of v1.06's... but i think this is prototype, without the carbon insert, or the clear heels

 

If puma goes back to the puma v1.06 roots I will be SO happy, if these are proto's it's the right step , and they can make it stronger

 

i dunno. its still 2010..i think its a little soon for 2012 prototypes. maybe theyre a new line in the pumas coming out in 2011?

 

Are you kidding? Companies like Puma and Nike start work on their products years in advance. For example, Nike are just putting the finishing touches on the Man United team kits for the 2011/12 season, and have started designing the 2012/13 kits.

 

im just thinking out loud really, i have really no idea. but using my logic, i would think puma would be sure maybe designing some v1.12s but already making leather prototypes? id say jerseys are a bit different too wouldnt they be?

They were two different colourways of the Umbro Stealth Pro's, and what's rumoured to be Umbro's new 'superlight' boot, the GT.

Jesus christ what have Nike done to the Mercurial collection?!?!?
What's with the pinks and purples going on? What happened to blue, black, chrome? The nice colours?
I'm not gonna lie, those violet ones have grown on me to the point where I am buying a pair but those pink ones look like a colourblind nugget man has chosen that colourway?

This could be some kind of idea to make money? Release the bad colours before the season and let everyone buy them because they are "the new vaps" . Then bring out a colourway that everyone wants mid season, that way people fork out on another pair of the same boots in a different colour?

Am I right?

 

the first pair always has horrible colorways. Ever since i've known nike its been the case. Then they have a dope ass color later in the season. Thats why im waiting till august when the cactus green superflys come out!

 

IMO Vapors III and IV had pretty good starting colors. Laser 1's were really good. Laser II's were shit but thats representative of the boot. Can't really mess up a black/white legend.

Well.....and also I noticed that the nicer colors are not available in junior sizes for the latest Mercurial line. If you browse soccer.com or PDS, they only have the Mercurial Vapor JR in the ugly purple and not the violet. Same for the Blue/Yellow/Black lasers, they only have in junior sizes on PDS but not the other red/black/silver color.

 

That's because those two colourways are the lead colourways for the respective boots.

 

Not Kerching if they are both shit colourways...

 

I want the old vapors back. i recently bought a pair of vapor III's for a fraction of the price of my superflies. and i love them.
