not sure if they are wearing climacool or formotion versions.

 

OK guys, just got a pair of copas. i was wondering how you guys lace them up/where the tongue sits. etc.

just a question for some of you who have had experience with this.

I think i used to lace mine up normally and used to have the top hole free so that i could flop the tongue down. Don't envy your task of trying to get the tongue flat at first though!!

For my Copas years ago, I would skip two lace holes, and drag the tongue as far as it would go past those two holes. I'd also buy shoe strings that could go around the bottom once and tie at the top so there is little to no string for a big bow after I tie them, so they fit perfect.

I'd also cut off the stripes, so it was all black just with the white tongue.

Edit: Although these are World Cups I had my copas the same, until i took a razor blade to the tongue to black out the whole shoe.

 

but the heel would be white still ?

Normally they release them around the champions league final, I think they will be launched in the final, just like the f50i, especially if Barcelona get to the final.

im pretty sure they will be released sometime during the world cup this summer. they will be released at the end of the tournament but they will debut on several f50 players as advertisement throughout the games

 

i wonder if how durable are ? hope they last longer than the pumas v series.....

biggest shock ever. Man U have signed one hell of a kid. Extremely happy for him because they are my favorite european club. They'll build him up into a top class striker. Give him 2-3 years and he'll be a regular starter for the red devils
