Please help anybody in bay area CA

I'm 23 year old man looking to play some soccer.
Either pickup games or leagues that I can join. If anybody knows please help me or point me in the right direction. My skill level is beginner level.

If you live in the San Jose area ...

you can check out the SBASL (south bay adult soccer league) at sbasl.com. the league offers competition at all adult skill levels, and organizes pickup games (starting again in the spring, when the days get longer) as well. You can register as a new player online. mk.
