    These is it,
These Friday Chivas USA will have the visit of the Colorado cRapids, what do you guys think the line up would be? What can we expect with a team full of young players for the most part, who do you think would really step up and “carry the team on his shoulders”
Could it be Osael? Galindo, Trujillo, Johnny B? it is Martin Vasquez first game as a professional coach in the MLS. Any of you have the previous history of Chivas USA vs cRapids? Lets get these forum wormed up season is here locos………

No idea about the line-up WAY to many changes...

Honestly i'll be pleasantly surprised if this team makes the playoffs. IF they do the few vets they have are gonna need to lead them. Thorton is gonna have to have another stellar season, Galindo and Sacha are gonna have to play like they did a few years ago. Maicon (goes for Galindo as well) is gonna have to stay healthy, not off to a very good start with that, Padilla is gonna have to show something. Hopefully some of the new acquisitions play up to their billing.

What scares me the most is that D...

Finally! Cant wait until friday (Bacon wraps....MMMMM). I am hoping Sascha has realized that he needs to stay grounded and play up to his potential now that he is the leader of this team. He cannot repeat the same type of season that he had last year. In my opinion Sascha, Bornstein, and Galindo should step up their game as mentioned by the previous poster. Padilla is in debt to this team and Flores, Lahoud and Mayhem will only get better. I hope Vasquez has an ace up his sleeve for our defence problem.

don't know what your team's broadcasting looks like this season, or if this has been posted already, but your game will be televised live in the LA area on KDOC. I'm out.

KDOC? random, but thanks for the info, I like to record games on the DVR and watch them over when I get home for details.

here is the KDOC website in case you want to check what channel KDOC is at your house:http://www.kdoctv.net/

I can't wait for friday, the off season is far too long. The first beer I crack open at the tailgate shall be shotgunned to celebrate this joyous occasion. I wonder what the starting line up will be as well, this has been a crazy off season in terms of player movement so we will see. Is Zack recovered from his injury? how is Maicons recovery going?

The Anaheim Ducks offer local broadcasts on KDOC as well. Most sports on KDOC are now broadcast in HiDef so it can't be all that bad!

This is what I would go in with, unfortunately I was unable to go to any practices or pre-season matches so I don't know what Martin has been using.

i thought torta was hurt? kennedy gets the start.
id also like to see gerson get some minutes.

oh and we're one-defender-having-a-silly-injury away from having an emergency situation. we've got TOO MANY forwards and attacking mids on this squad and the bare minimum on the defensive end. and naturally we let carey talley go and have a billion forward trialists.

anyone know if Aghasyan made the team?

This is a GREAT TV plan. Every game will be aired in Spanish & English and we will basically have exposure on all telivision mediums.

Any idea about a stream for this game. It's not on tv in my area and I'm going to try and get into the MLS this season.

Prime Ticket is showing High school basketball right now. It's only on KDOC and KWHY right now.

Watching the first half I must say we've gotten that possession play back. The defenders, mid, all connected well with each other. Going forward is where the team needs to workout the kinks. Still early. :D
