Some of the Union members are doing a Chili cookoff for the home Opener next weekend (hopefully). we would like anyone that wants to join in to make a pot and bring it on over. All are invited to join in and celebrate the opener. (for those who prefer a vegatarian chili we will have some of that.) We will be trying to do a tailgate at least once a month during the season and will let you know when and what.
We have a long drive so transporting Chili won't work for us, but we will be there with some beer and cupcakes for dessert!
By the by, if anyone else is wants to go down and is from the NE Ohio area, PM and we'll work something out.
SLACKERS!!! I have a long drive .... and a crock pot. The Prout Hall chili is coming back to Columbus for the first time since the 2008 EC finals. BTW, is there any truth to the rumor that Mark McCullers himself will be submitting his chili to the fray?
Yes, we have a crock pot too, but somewhere to plug it in???? Not so much. Besides, the wife makes awesome cupcakes.
Assuming it's the same truck, I wonder if HardHatMike's truck's outlet could support a power strip...probably not.
