I just can;t defend this team now.
Lots of spending and no result.
I don't know but Perez could have bought 4 Best Defenders with 300M before buying Ronaldo,Kaka etc.
At least we could have played 30 minutes more.

Anyway as I said before,we need a good finisher we can play an average football everyday.I don't like to depend on a striker who can play very goofd in 2 matches and then flop for the next.
Seriously how can he miss from that position? He needs to train himself to do that!!
And for Kaka', ahhhh he still will be my hero but I believe is he dows not play for Madrid it will be better for me as I won't follow his new team.

Don't take it otherwise but I believe MP is not anything special, not al least when he is coaching RM.

I hate to say this, but if Morinho is available I will go for it now.
This year is almost over (We still may win La Liga though but CL is much more important than Liga) so if we need a different tactician we should go for him now so that next year we can go at least to the top 8.

I guess we could buy Portsmouth or Newcastle next year?

Seriously what the hell happened. It seemed like we had it in the bag in the first half. I think we should keep Pellegrini no matter what happens in the league, it is a project and we have to be committed to that project. Imagine if Man U fired Alex Ferguson when United crashed out to Benfica in the group stages in 2005. We have to stick to a plan... if we keep hiring and firing managers we are going to keep crashing out to teams with an established system.

Does Ronaldo have enough money to buy himself out of his contract? We should raise money to help him do so... Poor guy.

And here we go withe the Sky Sports News banter, they love reminding us just how bad we are and just how much better the English teams are. I just don't think that this team deserves the emotions and love that is poured into them by hundreds of millions of fans. I just don't know that to say.

If we didn't make it this year then why will we make it next year is the question.

While I understand the point of your post, that's maybe a bad example. SAF had accomplished just a wee bit more at that point than MP has.

    Amen.

But not gonna happen. Madrid fans want quick results, so we get none.

Pipita will be sold or traded, and wherever he goes, he will shine.

And whoever comes in his stead will be just as mediocre with us.

Same with Manny. The problem goes beyond the players, the coach, the president, the board. It may be the fans, and/or the press.

Perhaps it's the weight of our past, the brilliant history, that no one can live up to having been the best club in the planet, period.

I've even considered witchcraft for crying out loud, LOL.

Pellegrini stating that he is the main person responsible for the loss and that his job is at the hands of the Real Madrid directors

I blame Higuain, for ALWAYS being sh*t in the big European games. The best striker in the world, no? Seriously, he should have scored, in Lyon, and tonight.

I blame Pellegrini, for not reacting when he should have reacted; early in the second half, when Lyon took over the midfield. WHERE WAS HE?

Manuel Pellegrini took responsibility after falling eliminated Real Madrid in the second round for the sixth consecutive time. "The first I am responsible but we have to overcome this predicament and keep fighting for the league. My future depends on the policy. It is a very strong setback," he said.

The Chilean coach acknowledged that the Madrid started playing well but gradually he doubts the team entered. "We had a good time but we had two chances and failed to convert. After the break the team was concerned about until it was 1-0 in the Lyon goal. It was the illusion of all to play the final at the Bernabeu. The costumes are touched, "he said.

Do you think that we would have qualified if we don't have 9 CL already. It seems like every year we go into a CL, and think about the late 60's, it seems to affect everyone associated witht the team. We're in a bizzare situation......

    Thanks!:)

I personally like MP. He has somewhat the right idea as we saw in the last two games, actually I mean his last 3 out of 4 halves.

Even MP knows he got outplayed by Puel. That was glaringly obvious in the second half.

Lyon change formation and we fall to pieces and get frustrated.

SAF did not win anything in his first three seasons. His first trophy was the 1990 FA cup.

Sorry but we have beaten TWO good teams this year..Sevilla and Valencia

    Milan - Loss and tie
    Barca - Loss
    Sevilla - Win and loss
    Lyon - Loss and tie

Sorry but thats a joke. If you cant beat the likes of Lyon in the CL in both legs, you don't deserve to be in the competition, let alone win the ********er.

Fact is, MP has screwed up big time and this will cost him dear now. He WONT be hear next season and i wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't here in two weeks time
