    Juarez MOTM so far

Gio is not sharp needs to give some balls to Denigris

Blanco should start on the bench

Denigris isn't getting any ball so he hasn't done much

Bring is Castro for the midfield to get adjusted....

I wonder if Chicago Fire's fitness program breathed life into Temo's legs. And I am guessing Veracruz's isn't as comprehensive. He is a step slow, but I'm not too worried about him. Guardado is trigger shy because of his injury. He should not play the second half. Aldo de Nigris is having a tough time, and it's not surprising considering it is his second cap. Franco may not be the mos popular player, but he does his job very well.

The right side of the line up has been terrific all night long. Gio has had to shoot because no one has gotten open for him. Jona has been good, but I think it might be too much to ask to have him start a world cup game. But what do I know?

New Zealand is being very physical, but Mexico is playing very smart. They are not getting frustrated and not giving up stupid fouls so that New Zealand can get scoring chances on set plays.

Despite the 0-0 scoreline, I am very encouraged. The goals will come.

He hasn't started shit. His crosses has been terrible and he isn't moving well off the ball at all. There is a reason everything is going thru Gio, because Guardado hasn't provided any danger today.

Mexico is playing fine just need a little better finishing. New Zealand is bunkering. Vela and Chicharo in for Aldo and Blanco. Actually I wouldn't mind seeing Vela in Guardado's spot.

New Zealand is a surprisingly good defensive team but they have absolutely no offense whatsoever.

Sad that neither Guardado or Salcido are showing up on the left.

Jonathan dos santos has been solid, I'm quite impressed with how well he has been playing. Castro should be playing instead of him but he has been doing a good job as a DM

Juarez is the best player, Gio has looked good but he has been a little too greedy.

Love to see Luna and Chicharito in for Cuauh and guardado

Wow...just one things to complain about. Temoc needs to get the hell off the pitch. There's no way that he should be a starter, he loses the ball, and just doesn't have the speed or hustle keep up with the young. The taconsitos are getting old. Put in Vela for Temoc, Chicharito for DeNigirs with Moreno and that tall defender we got.

guardado has been very mediocre. bad first touch a few times, has really disappeared, not really active

gio and juarez are the only ones with killer instinct. aldo has been asleep and cuah has been more fallin down in the midfield

how many backheels did he fack up

Alot of chances for the Mexican team pretty much wasted, I'am pretty sure in the 2nd half they will get past the Kiwi's, but if they were doing good this match would of been 8:0 (0:0). I would not be happy with a 1:0 victory over the Kiwi's you have to remember your playing a island football nation here.

gio has had to take some of the shots he's taken cuz no one is open and running with him tomake a pass. think of it this way, arce would have done worse.

gio is just not sharp, hell be fine

Aldo hasn't done anything because he hasn't gotten any service so he is N/A at the moment.

The problem is the left side not showing up.

This is getting old but Guardado has been shitty for a long time now. He needs to understand that it was his wing play that made him so good and he need to stop trying to be a CAM.

Luna or Vela are a lot better as a left winger because they both attack wide unlike our confused LW/CAm

I am happy the way Mexico is playing in general. The scoreline does not matter as much in these friendlies as what is shown on the field. I was very concerned with Aldo and Blanco starting up front, thought they were too slow up front. Vela and Chicharito coming in - Nice.

Dunno why you guys are surprised by Guardado's play. He's been garbage since after Hugo.
