    ps: in germany it is normal that a club name is black-white or red-white ...dude...so were is the problem???

    Yes, it is normal in Germany. You even forgot Rot-Weiss Erfurt.

    However, names like that don't work in the US.

    Or Canada either. Please note that AtlanticTFCfan is from Nova Scotia.

    The USA & Canada share leagues in several sports & the naming/nicknaming conventions are the same in both countries. Calling a team 'Bonkers' would never fly over here. I don't see either country adopting anything very different than what we already have, despite the use of FC &/or Chivas in MLS and other soccer teams.
