Sublime goal. it is wonderful to see him see him playing at the height of his confidence, and he is without a doubt better than Aguero, Pato, Benzema. Best young striker in the world.

How many goals does Pipita have in the league now? How close is he to the league leader? Pipita Pichichi, Pichichi Pitita I like the sound of it.

He is number three on the top scorer list with David Villa and Zlatan ahead of him but both have played a match more then him so he could easily become number one with his current form.

At the start of the season Higuain was mainly handed the tail end of matches - 10 or 15 minutes here or there - and was also injured for a couple of games if I'm not mistaken. Pipita's goal scoring ratio has been absolutely phenomenal this season. Before this weekend he was averaging a goal every 86 minutes or something.

Credit to the guy for forcing his way into the team with hard work and dedication. He was our best player last season and it was very unfair that he was dropped to the bench at the start of the season. He was actually largely anoynmous in his substitute appearances and struggled truth be told. But Super Pipita has prevailed yet again. Love this guy.:)

At this pace, Pipita will be Pichichi, I think. I don't think Ibra will outscore him if we keep playing like we have the last two matches.

And Jesus Christ, let's not forget about our boy Cristiano... 7 goals in 8 games. The dude is an animal! Definitely worth the price of his signature... and ******** all the marketing value, this guy can play.

Both great players... here's to a very fruitful partnership between the two young studs, so far so good. :D

Has been one of my favorite players in the La Liga since Fabio Capello managed, he becomes more of a complete player each season.

Great Goals, the chip against Valladoid, the 2 against Zara.

Re: Gonzalo gerardo Higuain "el pipita"

Tell you what I am liking about Higuain nowadays? He is acting more like a leader on the pitch.

I was watching the buildup to the first goal against Valencia again today. Higuain gave it to someone up front (VDV?), it came back into the midfield area close to Marcelo, and Marcelo had a silly idea in his head of taking control of the ball and passing it.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAax3OcNZC8"]YouTube- Goal Higuain (Valencia - Real Madrid: 0-1)[/ame]

Pipita totally took control of the situation, grabbed the ball before Marcelo, made the right pass with it, and ended up scoring. His movement in the box to lose his marker was also very good. This kid has huge cojones.
