I agree. They problery had no one even look at that stupid video until this guy decided to find it and put it on these boards. Now they'll get a ton of hits from people on this board fueling them even more. But when you look at this video you realize it's a couple of morons who feel theatened by a sport that they think will takeover everything they were comfortable with. And decided to go the FOX News route of blaming everything going wrong with this country on complete unrelated BS. So let em.This is a good thing for soccer because again guess what they are acknowledging that soccer is here and is relevant.
Two points: 1. I've seen the same kind of arguments against every major sport. I've seen people hating on American Football, Basketball, Baseball, etc... it's nothing new. The fact that Soccer is starting to get some of the same "love" isn't surprising, it's expected. 2. Be thankful that at least people are starting to care about Soccer, one way or another. If you think two rednecks are really going to change anybody's mind then your wrong, however, the mere fact that they feel it is a threat to the more traditional American (and only American) sports is kind of uplifting. Their points are bullshit... as expected, but take it for what you will.
