For all 20 of you I have one question... WHY? This is your opportunity to be heard. What can we do to make this forum better for you? We're taking all suggestions. We may not implement any of them... but we're certainly taking them. Bring it!
Re: State of the Forum Poll I think this forum is just fine; in fact, it's probably the most sane and sensible place on all of Big Soccer (well, except for maybe the SLU board). But maybe I'm crazy, and this is all just a "too much Absinthe last night dream".
I'll echo oldguy. The majority of the posts on here are rational and civil. I think most posters like this board because you can come here to ask a question and get a reasonable answer, or you can express an opinion on something and not expect to get drawn and quartered. All told, I like it as is and can't think of anything I'd do differently.
Indeed. Some forums are completely testosterone-driven. People love to show off how much they know about player x or team y and completely destroy you for not keeping up. This forum seems to encourage the friendly trading of knowledge. Such an atmosphere is what keeps me a soccer fan. Good work!
Agree. Although I'm probably the most guilty of drawing and quartering trolls and sockpuppets. Seriously. The posters here are a generally intelligent group, and except for soccertom and his Muppets, offer reasonably informed opinions that are worth discussion.
We need more fans from the West Coast conference, educate us about those 4 teams that made the tournament this year - must be some kinda good soccer being played out there to accomplish this. And where are the Princeton fans??? Their team looked fast and good beating up on little old Yale last Friday night.

Re: State of the Forum Poll Sigh. Can you please stop this poster from making personal attacks. He either posts in the SLU forum that Donigan should be fired or sends you whiny PM's or posts like the one above. Can we ban him from posting in the SLU forum? That would be great.
When you discard poor spelling and grammar, and ignore the overzealous fan who just can't keep it in, I think you have a very nice forum. I don't live in the US but it is a nice way for me to keep interest in US college soccer.
