Flu has to be the weirdest team ever. They got to the Libertadores final last year, but are stinking up the joint in the Brasileirao this season. They'll probably win the South American Cup just for good measure.
Yes, Fluminense went from heaven down to hell fast! LOL Especially after losing the 2 Thiagos - T. Silva and T.Neves... I doubt they have any steam left to do anything in the Sudamericano...
Roubar???
As far as being the standard this year, that's BS. Gremio-Flu in Porto Alegre. Jonas takes the penalty and it is defended. The penalty is called back and Tcheco takes it and scores. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOftindmxg4"]YouTube - Gremio 5x1 Fluminense 20 09 2009 - 2,º gol Tcheco (pênalti)[/ame] Looks just as bad as Rogério's forward progress.
Fla beats leader Palmeiras on the road, 2x0, 2 goals by Petkovic. Fla is just a point away from entering the G-4 (Libertadores zone). On another note, the Corintianos sure have disappeared.
Palmeiras might just throw it away. I want Inter to win out of the top four, but they aren't interested. Drawing with Flu, really?
I am simply amazed we still have a 5 point lead. We could be up by at least 10 by now. But we are still going win this thing !
according to clicrbs.com.br a scout from borussia dortmund will be in porto alegre for the grenal. they then speculate on names he could be tracking down and observing: sandro, giuliano, taison, douglas costa, réver, victor. it seems that he will tour brasil, scouting.
and luxemburgo seems to be, according to rumors from clicbrs.com.br as well, ready to jump ship from santos to inter in 2010. he would prefer playing the libertadores (if inter really does qualify for it) and having the chance to lift that trophy, which he doesn't have, before migrating into politics, as he intends to run a candicacy for senator with the state of tocantins (october 2010? or 2014?). it also quotes him as gossiping that this year's santos team is too limited technically, one of the worse he commanded over the last years. it also ventilates dorival júnior from vasco and abel braga in qatar as the possible successors. and here are the words in portuguese
Lots of big games tomorrow. A. Mineiro already won. IF Inter, Flamengo and Sao Paulo (hopefully not) win, then Palmeiras will be under a lot of pressure against Goias. It's heating up.

Re: Palmeiras [R] Not in the Brasileirão. Even if you take all competitions in consideration, he is not even in the top 10.
