Just out of curiosity.. Were there plans for this event coming up this year? I wasn't able to make it to the last one, but I heard it was an awesome event.. Hopefully we can get a repeat of it.. Thanks!
We usually plan off season events... well... in the off season. I am not at all official but I expect there to be an off season barra bowling extravaganza. In fact, I'll be outraged if there isn't... but it'll have to wait 'til the offseason.
There will be an offseason party at a bar, we just need to discuss when, but lets wait until after the holidays to start discussing this
Does this mean there will not be an off season bowling excursion, because the last 2 years we've had both. And if we don't, I will riot.
I know the bar will def happen, and I wil be suprised if we dont have a bowling night.....im 99 percent sure we will, but the bar night will also be another tifo fund going into next season funraiser also.....hell we might as well do the bowling one like that too.. an no Jayme, there will be no ice dancing!
I am pretty sure we will have another Barra Bowling event. What started off as a few Barra members getting together in the off season has turned into a big event! As already stated, lets wait for the off season, but safe to say, we will most likely do this around the January/February time frame like the last 2 years. I am sure Chico will post more on this as time goes on.
Hell yeah. I'm still pissed that I was injured and therefore not only was unable to drunk-bowl to my full potential, but had to leave early because who wants to go out for after-bowling pizza with a pain-addled loser? I demand a rematch. I don't, however, expect any further planning until after the New Year. It's going to be a long off-season, dcu315--pace yourself.
There has already been discussion concerning a Barra Bowling event. Wait a few weeks and we might be ready to announce something.
Of course, people could say, "Hey, I'm going bowling!" and anyone who wanted to could show up. It wouldn't be an official bowling event but there would be beer, bowling, and Barra so it's almost the same.
im not talkin about an official (Barra Sanctioned) event, but hell, why not get a few people together and drunk bowl?

WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE? You're saying it's sometimes too early to think about a party?? Where are the Barra members I know and love, who are either partying or thinking about the next one?? As it is, I don't bowl but I do drunk, so I can come for half of it whenever the heck it is.
