the yellow was for the malicious intent in the tackle.

Decent half, but we need to distribute better in the middle of the park. This is where Alonso is missed the most. Lucas is doing ok but we are not giving Torres the ball enough. Our defense has looked better though.

Kuyt crosses in nicely and Gerrard heads wide.

We are giving up possession a little cheaply and too many long balls out from defense. We need to pass it up field. This is where we are most dangerous.

2 quick chances for Gerrard, a FK into Hilario's hands and a shot over the net.

    Dammit all. Mascherano blew that.

Dispossessed by Frank Lampard of all people.

And I'm not sure Anelka was onside.

1-0 Chelsea. We've got about a half hour to get back into this.

What ********ing gets me is that we've got plenty of midfielders, but we still play the long ball upfield. Where's the midfield play?

These announcers are so Chelsea biased.

Sorry, when John Terry takes his hand and shoves Torres to the ground it's not a shoulder barge.

This is delightful, the announcers sound has stopped working but the pitch sound still works.

    Babel on for Lucas.

    Malouda on for Deco.

Torres should have levelled it. Ping pong in the box and Torres mis-hits off the shin.

Things aren't going our way today.

Aurelio on for Insua. That's our last substitution.

I don't know what happened to Liverpool in the past two games, it just feels like they aren't even in the games. They look so ... average. I can cope with a loss if I feel like they gave it their all and things just didn't work out, but that's just not how it feels.

It just seems like everything is off, shooting, passing, movement, they seem to be having trouble reading each others game, it's like watching a team that hasn't played together before.

92' Nice cross from Aurelio. How does Babel not finish his run and touch Benayoun's shot into an empty net?
Gerrard has passed to Lampard more in this game than their entire careers for England

Hahaha, Chelsea announcer keeps talking about the foul Torres commits and then watches the replay and says...well there isn't anything there is there.

    Yeah no shit.

    Aquilani was almost non-existent again.....

Seriously though, sometimes I think it looks like the team is trying to play around Lucas. As if we're always man down from the start when he's out there.

I hope Prince Faisal is able to put together a takeover package in time for the January transfer window.
