Not being funny here, but as that colour way was never release to the public. it doesnt take a rocket scientist to work that out they are not a legit boot to refund.

 

wasn't it released for a short period, THEN the recall happened? so technically they were released to the public?

i dunno, i bought some, but mainly for collecting reasons because that colorway isn't ever being released again.

MAYBE ill wear them years from now for sh!ts and giggles if that ends up making them worth LESS lol

 

They were recalled 2 days before launch so they weren't officially released.

 

Im cranky in the morning... Ne ways, we shall see what happens. I dont really care either way, as the crack is not noticeable while playing. I just figured I may be able to get some black superflys out of nike shhhhh

 

OMG's situation is one that many of us were considering back in July 09. The Orange SG's were never released to the public, however, some have made it into the hands of vendors, ie shoebox savings or whatever on eBay.

The superflys were recalled NOT for the soleplate, but rather for the breaking in the flywire/ upper construction. I think it is somewhat of a grey area as far as Nike's policy goes as it is still a Nike product, was not a sample and was somehow released to vendors. Keep us posted OMG!

^ Yeah there are pics of those shoes floating around in the old thread. There were some SG's on ebay like 2 months ago, but I bid on the white/black/pink superfly samples instead... I lost

lol thats a bit much. both companies have quality boots. id say they each have their positives and negatives, and to say one is better than the other is like arguing apples are better than oranges or vice versa.

 

got any facts to support your "argument"? or is it merely your opinion?

Nike have some really nice boots and so do Adidas.

 

On Another Note

Heres a pic of my blackout vapor IIIs, italy edition.

i bought em all torn up and falling apart, such as sole seperation.

blacked em out and fixed em up at a local shoe repair shop ! for cheap !

just thought it would be cool to share in this thread, havent seen blackout MV3 before.

do promo boots fit smaller?

i bought a pair of promo laser ii's, and they fit really small.

i typically wear 9.5 or 10. bought 10, and they feel like a 9. (and yes, i double checked to make sure i was looking at US sizes.)

 

Anyone know if nike town in london still have the superfly black , or the mercurial vapor SL ( any color) ?

i went there 4 days ago and they have the black/volt superflys, the white ones but i dont remember if there were any SL's but there were definatley the 2 colours of superflys + the vapor V's

 

Have they released the NikeID Superflies there yet?

 

no, they have only got talarias and vapor IV's as the vapor selection

 

Yesterday I trained with some mercurial vapor SL (citron) and my god, are fantastic, comfortable, beautiful, zero blisters .. and now i am in love .. now I want one but is very hard to find one pair, and wondered if Superfly are alot better than these.?? and if definitely worth the high price, or if is better i try to see same SL and pay a low price ... What can i do?? I need answers please..

ive had my laser II for about 80 days now and a few days ago while lacing them up, the whole v-twin lacing system broke
should i contact nike about this and ask for an exchange or refund
also, i live in canada so would anybody have the contact info for nike canada?

contact the place you bought them from first, but im feeling the 80 days is probably past their return policy. If that doesnt work go to nike.com and find the information yourself.
