i guess it has to be diaby right? he has been playing much better this year. ramsey certainly is not ready. lack of options. arsene probably goes with his standard.. ---------------van persie--------------- arshavin------------------------bendtner ----------------diaby------------------- --song-------------------denilson------- clichy----vermaelen--gallas--------sagna ----------------------------------------- --------------almunia--------------------
i think you've go it (although eboue over diaby wouldn't surprise me totally). i'd kinda like to see: -------------rvp edu---------------------bendtner -----------arshavin fill in the rest... doubt edu will make a second start in a week as wenger seems to still be protecting him a bit in his "comeback." but those four could cause any back line loads of trouble.
yeah, i guess. i wasn't too impressed with him against celtic, he has a lot of bad first touches, but then again he has flashes of brilliance too. if we're playing aa-dudu-bend, i would actually prefer merida, perhaps with a very short leash (is there real harm in taking a guy off after 10 min). if we go aa-rvp-bend, diaby is a good choice. plus, if you start merida, i don't see much lasting harm in subbing him quickly if something doesn't look right, if we start diaby, we pretty much have to play him for at least 60.
This is going to be a really tough game, especially without Fabregas. With Fabregas, I'd probably pick a draw or us to win, but we're going to have a really tough time scoring in this one without him. 1-0 to Man U, or a 0-0 draw.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...nds-his-rhythm-under-Arsene-Wengers-beat.html Great article leading up to this match. Song has been fantastic thus far. I remember last year when we played away to United towards the end of the season, we had some special treatment for Evra and his teammates. Hopefully our boys haven't forgotten the disrespect shown last year and use that as motivation.
when was the last time we were playing this well or scored 6 at gooderson? or that manu looked this weak? without fab, its going to be very difficult, but a 3 goal victory would not surprise me, nor would a 2 goal defeat.
And he's 21, married and with two kids! Chalk that one up to cultural differences. Round these parts, "21 with 2 kids" is known as a failure to wrap it up.
Guys, I need help here. Is Fabregas fit for this match or not? Because he's on my fantasy team and I need to know if I should replace him or not...
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...nds-his-rhythm-under-Arsene-Wengers-beat.html gon be some good ol fashion kickin'
I think it is fair to assume that Evra may be looking for revenge tomorrow, and knowing that, we have to kick his ass first - you know, as self defense!
Like Valencia away, I have a feeling our 4-3-3 is going to look more like a 4-5-1 at Old Trafford. I really hope Wenger doesn't play this game too conservatively. We look better when we attack in numbers.
