Wednesday Wednesday Wednesday! Note the late start time - 8pm Special game E for season tix.. 0% chance of rain! Who's bringing what?
I'm bringing some cynicism and bitterness. Also let me know what we need in the pod (i.e. napkins, plates, plasticware, etc.) and I'll bring that too.
I'll be damned...a weeknight game and I'll actually be able to make it. Will wonders never cease... I can bring some extra beer. How about ice? Would a couple bags of ice come in handy? Any cleaning supplies or stuff like that? I've self-appointed myself to the post-grilling HK cleanup crew, so I know that paper towels, handitowels (I have no idea what they're called) and so forth always come in handy. I don't want to overload the pod with stuff we already have plenty of, but on the other hand it's not as if stuff like that doesn't get used up.
I'll be there with a can of Pringles to ensure another succesful tailgate. Does anyone know how much tickets will cost for the Barra? Back at the Firpo game (I think) I talked to Fernando at the booth and he said something about getting a discount for some future game but I can't remember how many Yuenglings I had or exactly what he was referring to.
It's already been noted, but bears repeating: This is Special Game E, NOT Special Game D, which is the Open Cup final on 9/2...
Same for me, most likely for the rest of the season. I'm selling the rest of my season tickets, which happen to be in my game bag in Chris Aluise's truck. I don't remember how many tickets are left, but I'll sell them for $20 per ticket. You can pay Chris (Hmmmm, maybe I should've asked him this first) and he can paypal me, or you can just paypal me. PM me if interested. Edit: According the DCU's website, it seems there should be 7 tickets left in the book, so the rest of the book would cost $140.
So, I was wonderin'...we've got season tix in section 306, and while most of the family can't attend tonight, I plan to be there. Any problems with a 306 seatholder member instead spending the game in the 100s this game? I sure as hell got no problem jumping, singing and chanting, that's for damn sure.
c'mon down. You can probably even replace a ticket if you want, just ask Oscar at tailgate, 306 sounds like it's equal or greater value.
Anyone got a ticket for a Barra member that hasn't been to a game since the second game of the season and is completely broke until friday?
thanks everyone last night! great atmosphere... lol sounded louder last night then at the sorry ass LA game...
